- Learn how to make French toast omelette sandwich. Quick and easy breakfast that anyone can make. All you need is your favorite bread, eggs, cheese and one pan. This egg omelette toast was viral all over the internet and called “egg sandwich hack”. If you like French toast and you like eggs in your breakfast, you can combine both in one meal.

Ingredients:
2-3 large Eggs (depends on pan size)
2 Bread slices of tour choice
1 tablespoon (15g) Butter
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1-2 slices Cheddar cheese or any other cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon Chives (optional)
Directions:
1. In a bowl beat eggs with salt. Set aside.
2. Heat a medium size pan and melt one tablespoon of butter.
3. When butter is melted pour beaten eggs. Immediately place 2 pieces of bread onto the egg mixture, coating each side in the still-uncooked egg. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Flip the whole egg-bread toast, without braking it. Add the cheese on one slice of bread, sprinkle some herbs (optional). Then, fold the egg wings that hang over sides of the pieces of bread. Then, fold one slice of bread over the second bread that covered with cheese, hinging at the space between the two pieces of bread.
5. Cook the sandwich for 1 minute more.
6. Serve!

Take heart my friend. I once tried to reduce a bottle of burgundy for a sauce, in a le creuset saucepan on an open gas flame cooker. I took the lid off and blew myself up! There was a big "whoomph" and a huge sheet of flame as a lifted the lid. It burnt off my beard melted my glasses into opaqueness, removed my eyebrows and all the hair at the front of my head! It also destroyed all the grill controls on the eye level cooker, which located at eye level! Then it was gone in moments, miraculously I wasn't burnt. The high temperature lasted only moment, and I quickly doused by head in a wet towel. The smell was frankly horrible. I totally get the ghostbuster"s barbecued dog smell remarks. But at least I tried. Next time, no pan lid!

I actually tried this out immediately. It went pretty well considering my track record with omelettes is mostly bad. I could've added more salt and definitely more cheese. Once I find out what works, I might have a new main breakfast.

After seeing a video similar on social media, I went looking for it this morning and this was the first one to show up. I made it just like the video, substituting shredded cheese. It came out perfect and my family LOVED them. Easy, filling breakfast. Thanks.

OMG, these were breakfast and dinner for our family back in the 60s, on one of those table top griddles and or the waffle maker. We did these with left overs as the "stuffing", today they would be called Hotpockets or Pizza Pockets and cost more than a loaf of bread and the stuffing for just 4 of them, We loved them because they were fast and we could made a bunch of them to take to the drive in movies and everyone pretty much got their faves, along with a grocery bag full of popcorn!
Lol this sandwich is in my veins my great grand grand grand grand grand grand dady used to make this in the 13th century it is present in my shit w/o actually eating it

I don't believe it!😲 I made this very recipe yesterday, the day before this video was posted, after I saw it earlier this week on another youtube channel. It had two eggs instead of three, and one slice of cheddar instead of two, but it was the same dish. What a coincidence!😅

It's how I make my bacon, egg and cheese French toast sandwich. It's also how I make me sticky rice pancake as the eggs on the bottom keeps the eggs on top inside the rice until I flip them over.

I do it a bit different
- 2 eggs with salt and pepper
- Beat eggs
- Put them on the mid heat pan with a little bit of oil
- Pour them to half circle not full
fry them a bit
- add 2 slices of bread, and let the eggs fully fry (while doing it put butter on top of the bread)
- flip it and put on one side a good smoked ham and on the other side cheese
- fry until bread is crispy golden
- (optional) put it on a paper towel to get rid of unnecessary oil
- plate and eat
it looks just Perfect 😋👍🏻👏🏻

I've made it! It 8s very delicious
