The commentators do a great job of keeping up with the action, but I do notice they have a hard time keeping up with all of the alternate strategies. Around lap 10-15, they repeatedly stated that Roach was hurting the races of the top runners, but that was all for position. He started 6th, right behind Lopez. Him trying to "unlap" himself was really him hoping to get in front of those drivers once they had to make their pit stops. That wasn't a case of back markers holding up the leaders, it was all a battle for future positions.
lol… that’s what I was thinking. Design the race so people won’t double pit in the first two laps at such a short track and you won’t have lapped traffic. Unfortunately they can’t even balance the race properly for the world finals…
Drumont made a completely pointless third pitstop. Just before the car stops his fuel reads 42% (same as Sasaki), he does not (have to) change tires so he doesn't. But when he drives away his fuel still reads 42% so he did not refuel either.
Nice races... but Gallo really shouldve gotten a penalty in the final race. Got a warning for bump drafting and then did it another three times in like two minutes... whats the point of having the rule if its not enforced?
if you are faster, you can unlap yourself, is what they went by. 2 pit stops are enough to put you in a deficit of a lap, but they had much faster tyre because of that as well. It wasn't just roach, rather, the entire mid pack struggled because of 4 lapped cars unlapping themselves.

Very disappointed in this broadcast. Online gameplay is ruined by bad or dirty driving so these events should be a chance to educate gamers on the standards expected. Roach should have been black flagged in race. Heck, Barbara and Inostroza should have been disqualified. They chose to pit on lap 1 so they bear the consequences of their choice. Sure they can unlap themselves if they can do it safely and without impacting the leaders. Miyazono won (rightly) because he stayed out of trouble. Serrano got lucky and profited from the mess created by the back markers. Poor Lopez good third because he had the right strategy but he had to pull over numerous times to avoid being taken out. Sasaki and Gallo both lost out badly (yes Gallo should have been given a penalty for failing to listen to the warning) Similar in the sprint race. Something huge happened in the last lap but this was never shown. What would be good is for the incidents to be shown and any bad driving punished by grid position penalties. Come on Sony- you put so much effort into these productions. Don’t ruin it by trying to cover up a poison affecting your product.

Its the rules of the race that are to blame. roach was doing what he should have been doing. . .given the stupid unbalanced race setup.
