Hi! Apparently if you pull the end off and push a q-tip up inside it it will push the product up! :) hope this helps. love the eyeshadow btw!

I sharpen mine with the essence makeup sharpeners which have 2 holes (for smaller and bigger eye/lip liners) and it works normally for me

Try putting it in the fridge/freezer for a while until it becomes a little solid but not too solid, then get one of those large makeup sharpeners and sharpen it. Hope this helps❤

You can usually sharpen it with a larger eyeliner sharpener. Try a new sharpener x

I couldn’t get the bottom of and it wouldn’t fit on my eye pencil sharpener so I just used a regular wide color pencil sharpener I had since I was in elementary school. Did the job.

Using a q tip will keep it flat but you need a bigger shapper i use a purole one mabye try some other sharpeners
