As of today you are my inspiration for weightloss. I am 69, overweight, unfit. But your food looks like normal Indian food. What did you change in the diet? I am not on twitter so I cannot follow.
Thank you! you made my day with the 1st line. Yes, you are true I didn't eat or follow any fancy diet. I feel we should follow a diet which we can maintain and make it as a lifestyle. Few things I did to reduce weight, you too can follow. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. No outside foods (No Junk foods), once in a week is fine. 2. More Protein and fiber, less carb and fat content food in regular diet. 3. Use less cooking oil while cooking. 4. Portion control (never overeat, break down 3 meals to 5 meals a day) 5. Drink 3-4 liter water daily. (It will reduce water retention in your body) 6. Exercise daily. Consistency is the key. Weight training help to lose more fat that Cardio. 7. Stay focused. You can make it if you determine and stay focused. 8. Good Sleep in must.
@Mr.SaumyaRanjan Thank you for taking the time to advise me. I am with you 1-4 and 8. 5, 6 and 7 I shall start doing now. Did you use any supplements or medicines? Or just pure, healthy home food?
@@mohamedatismail Thank you, yes I use whey protein supplements from MB (you can use my link from description) and Fish oil tablets for Omega-3 which are completely normal. Other than this I don't take any other medicines. Other medicines no doubt will help you with quick results but will have lots of side effects. Those who participates in body building completions they may have to take such medicines, coz the competition demands this. We are not into body building industry, we don't have to harm our body with such actions. We just need a healthy and fit body, diet control and regular exercise will do the magic. But yeah, will take time, we have to be patient and focused. My recommendation is don't use any medicine for fat loss. It's your body, fat loss process takes time. Don't go for shortcuts. Keep working hard. I have put on weight again 😞. I have started fat loss process again. keep up the hard work, cheers !!
Little cardio is required for healthy heart. But if you want to reduce weight then you have to add more weight training to your exercise routine. Weight training will help you to burn fat while you take rest as well.
