Depois que vestimos o primeiro tênis a instabilidade aumenta. O tênis permite mais mobilidade lateral e fica mais difícil. Eu tive que me concentrar para não desequilibrar. Treine com o tênis no pe que voce consegue. Forte abraço. R

Fala Rolando! Fui até o segundo tênis,ao tentar fechar o laço,perdi o equilíbrio. Na próxima vez eu conseguirei.
