    Strengthen your full body while getting in a great cardio workout with the slide board.
    The slide board is a fun and different way to get in a cardio workout while developing power and strength in your legs, core and upper body.
    And unlike running and may other cardiovascular activities that make you work in the sagittal plane, the slide board works your body in the frontal plane.
    The more you can move in each plane of motion, the more balanced and prepared for every day life you will be.
    If you only move in one plane of motion, you may be strengthening your muscles but you aren’t strengthening movements.
    And movements are what matter in every day life to keep us injury free.
    Mix up your movements and train your body to move in every plane of motion to prevent injury by adding in the slide board to your cardio routine.

    Great variety of core sliding exercices. I love them all. I believe using the slider adds more intensity to the moves and engages more muscles and combines both cardio and musculation. May I know where to purchase and what is the size of yours? looked at products on amazon but does not seem same. thank you for the inspiration.

    I love the "jumping" jacks movement! Jumping jacks are too jarring for some, so sliding instead of jumping is great!

    A clean pair of socks on a smooth wood floor...or, go to Home Depot and get those round furniture sliders for 5 bucks and perform some of these moves on carpet as well.

    Do you still use the slide board and would you recommend for someone approaching 50 and looking for some cardio wants to maintain strong legs for balance. It appears like this is a fairly versatile piece of equipment with some core benefits especially when incorporating some of the other movements you demonstrated. I just don't want to invest in a bunch of gym equipment and this slide board seems convenient as well as easy to use especially now that I am working from home due to the pandemic. I would like to believe it might also help me build some stamina for riding my mountain bike especially off road when you have to stand and pedal to get over obstacles.

    Hi Cori. love your work. Question if I may. I am moving into doing some Reaching Lunges as I am a Triathlete, and My quads are massive so I want to focus on Hips and Glutes more would you say using a slide board for sliding lunges is good as well as doing some ab roll outs also.. my gyms I work at dont have them so i may buy my own? Would you say they enhance quality as I think having one at home could also make me do more core work on my rest days as I have it at easy access. thanks again for all your videos geat work keep it coming..
