50K a month WTF I'm American lived here 36 yrs I'm a dual citizen and I speak Tagalog fluently blonde haired blue-eyed white boy from Southern California been out here most of my life now bottom line is that's a foreign tax that place is worth about $250 a month Tops. With Tagalog spoken only I get it for 180-200 a month I have friends in AC all under 200 for 3 bed HOUSE.

well Malaysia is the best overall minus dating... it is very difficult to answer ... hate to say but all have their pros n cons
