Our local dealer did a terrible job integrating their rel 31 on their show floor. Should have used room correction and added a nice +10db or so target curve. Doing so would have better shown the subs capabilities. What a travesty, I worry for the average dealer if they aren't using REW or something to verify freq linearity. Us customer's home systems stomp store show rooms which shouldn't be the case. I got a pair of Revel 328Be on sale 40% in part because of the dealer's opinion on them was so bad because they had no bass seemingly on the showroom floor. Now they have b&w 801 D4s in the spot and they sound extremely anemic and the store blames the MC12000 amp that is only pushing 4.5 watts per speaker during presentation.
