My truck is doing the same thing in order for this to be recalled you have to report it so the manufacturer of Ford can take care of this problem I will be doing that today that’s how they recalled the mistakes that we don’t have to pay for otherwise we will be coming out of pocket… it got to be another of people do that
Have to clean out those holes often if u park near trees etc... the hole is in the front corners... I used weed eater wire.. worked perfect.. no more water..
Evertime it rains passenger and driver set get wet by the floor and now My horn and high beam head light is not working my horn only makes a clicking sound when i press.it sounds like the relay clicking
I have the same problem and the same connector is burnt up. Did you have to replace anything? I've been fighting this issue for months now after a heavy rain my A/c stopped working and my stereo stopped working.
I found out that the fuse box has shorted out because of the water damage the connector that is burnt is because of the shortage. The fuse box needs to be replaced and I assume that yours didn't have a cover box make sure you get a cover box for the fuse box to protect it when you replace it.
I'm dealing with the same problem and I do have to replace that piece, but I have no idea what's called! If any one knows what piece that is reply to this comment!

I had the same problem I switched the fuse box and I replaced the white conector harvest on top of the fuse box
Hey let me ask u something I be having issues with cranking sometimes the guy said I had a bad wiring under my car it stutters when I crank

Also check ur local pull a part/salvage yard for replacement fuse boxes

Yeah you will cause I got 2006 with the same problem and mines started a fire 🔥 on the inside

Lots of comments here with the same problem. I also have the same issue with an 05 Navigator. Has anyone been able to find the solution?
