Sp do you recommend getting a new fuse panel? I am having the same issue with my 2004 Navigator..... I know of a way to bypass it but it still won't start but cranks all day long...
Can you just bypass it with a fuse tap to the duel pump fuse and tap the fuel pump main wire to it? With a toggle switch to turn it off when truck is off so fuel pump won't run?
Wow just wow! Ford keeps making you spend more money. A 12 dollar relay but you have to buy a 600 dollar box to fix it and throw away the good working parts from the same box making more waste and wasting the good working parts. What a waste.
If you have soldering skills, you can buy the relay and solder it in. Cost about $10 and took me about an hour for the entire procedure. You can also undo the little cover and unbolt the power wire. No need to mess with battery and all to replace that unless it's damaged. I can't justify a $600 fuse box plus labor on a vehicle with almost 300k miles. Be sure you solder in the upgraded relay.
@@cgschow1971 I replaced the entire panel with one from pull-a-part about 7 years ago. Now having similar symptoms. If it is the relay again, do you know the upgraded relay part number/brand and a source for it? Many thanks!

Definitely not something I would recommend.
What's are the other integrated relays labeled as?
06 Navigator internal Fuse relay is slimmer. Heads up to the comments section. I got the wrong relay for my Navigator.
What is the wire called that goes through the firewall? I need to replace mine.
An engine harness?
If You know how to solder he showed you it comes apart replace the relay not the fuse box
if you know how to solder you couldve fixed that for 12 dollars rather than spend all that money you did, or the customer i should say
