As with anything, you pay extra for the name. The best way to pick a pair of boots is to speak to the guy's on site. I no longer have them, but the Doc Martins I had a few years ago were like walking on bubble wrap. I tried to buy them last year but are now discontinued. I now use RAWHIDE DEALER BOOT @ around the £100 mark as I was fed up of always doing the laces before going and coming out of plots with carpets. The boots are SUPER comfortable and no laces as slip on ankle boots.
Ive used the cat supreme's for over 15years, around 6 pairs. Good enough imo
My new 58 pound site boots are a month or two in and their Very impressive best boot ive had touch wood

They used to be good, but now they just getting worse. Had 3 pairs in the row and each of them lasted maybe 6 months (cheapest ones were 100£, most expensive £180).

you think this is bad i live in france now and the quality of workboots here is disgusting 70 -90 euros for a cheap pair of far lower quality than a 10 quid piar from down the market in uk
I mean so bad Never waterproof stitching falls apart in about 6-8 weeks nails go straight thru the bottom protection and if anythin does fall on your foot its totaly imaterial that the toe cap might survive the hit because the boot just disintergrates around it plus they are more non stick than non slip
your employer is obligated to buy you 1 pair a year in effect these are at best good for 6 weeks in summer only at most sensible throw out and replaced with a pair from uk
Sooo true omg, i live in belgium and i always work on our farm with a pair of workboots, i bought a new pair 3 weeks ago and the foot protection plate literally flew out of the “rubber” sole today😂 i think your better of wearing just regular shoes at this point they will last longer for sure!
