The best part is now I got to know where I need to focus to have the best skin and gut, ●Analyse my body's reaction to what I eat ●Rubbing my eyes in the morning really is not a good habit ●Less sugar consumption /elimination diet ● I will start washing my hair on regular intervals of time after knowing that it can reduce my dandruff (definitely gonna try) This podcast has helped me to gain perspective on various factors such as nutrition, look for qualified doctors, difference between botox and fillers, not gonna do spa or massages from any unqualified non professional people. Question: I need to get rhinoplasty done, what should I look for in a doctor? Recently I consulted a dermatologist who is rhinoplasty surgeon, but I am not sure if dermatology and rhinoplasty are complementary things
What you said is the Most important point that the doctors are qualified & not certified. Coz lots of clinics have their certificate framed on the wall. And she says you must ask the doctor for his/ her qualification. So authentic. Thanks for this informative wisdom. ❤
I really like how she focuses on just the basics and debunks myths and subsides the fear created by many "Instagram docs" and "influencers". She simply wants us to go basic with hair and our skin. Love it.
The best part of the video is when she says shampoo your scalp and put moisturizer cause all I heard was don't wash hair regularly as it will lead to hairfall as removing natural hair oil and stuff this video was an eye opener really appreciate your efforts
Sorry for asking this to you but I think you can help me out, I have curly hair and it’s all frizzy and dry so I wash my hair until my oil was completely washed out so the aim of shampooing hair is about cleansing dirt or cleansing oil ??
The best part of the video is the entire video , provides a good insight on the skin care journey, importance of sunscreen, not touching the face more often .
THE BEST PART OF THE VIDEO to me is not just one. It's when you guys talked about "Risks of unqualified treatments", Importance of nutrition for skin health", "Personal skincare experiences"," Nutrition and its impact on skin", "Myths and misconceptions in skincare", "Common skin issues and treatments" and many more! it's hard to think of all of them at once. Thank you.
This episode is really one of the best takes out there on correlation between dermatology and nutrition! Loved every part of it, few of the highlights were 1) Double sun protection (different types of sunscreen formulation that can be applied at the same time!₹ 2) Someone with lean body and regular periods can also have PCOD is an eye opener 3) Its your birth right to know and ask about the qualifications of your doctor 4) That certain foods can be pro estrogen and can increase its level 5) And that scars hold your skin :)
The best part has to be 32:00 when mam start addressing that now everyone on internet has an opinion on skincare and blindly recommends products . people really need to understand that products are recommended only after assessing personal needs and skin type which is definitely not universal. I hope everyone start considering their skin type and skin needs after hearing this podcast. Thank you for this informative podcast 😄
@Rayn Fernando I got my hamper today with medicines curated for my concerns reallllly thank you and dr Rashmi for . I will try these medicines and tell you how I am feeling after the course
Best part: 1) Skin is the diagnostic tool to know what is happening inside the body. 2) Know the Anatomy and Tissue Reaction very well before any procedure. 3) Bring water back as fashionable element. 4) Sunscreen acts as an Umbrella of protection. 5) Over-washing your face won't prevent pimples; it can actually worsen acne by drying out your skin. 6) Misinformation from uncertified influencers on Instagram can be harmful when it comes to skincare. 7) Nutrition plays vital role to reset Ovary. 8) Understand Skincare, Understand Nutrition, Mobility, Hydration, no self prescription because long term damaged can't be erased. 9) Look at the grain control better. 10) Spf = sun protection factor - 1 Spf = 10 minutes of safety under the sun. So the quantity you use matters Tpa= Tan protection Index - 4+ is the highest IR protection =Note sunscreen should be IR positive for inflammatory skin. All in all, Received clarity insights through this podcast and also knowledge of some misconceptions. Thank you.
The best part of this video was the detailed information on sunscreen, specially blue light which is new in the trend and never been discussed before. The second best thing is that it highlighted the issue of people blindly following Instagram influencers without checking their credentials. Dr. Rashmi emphasized the importance of consulting a qualified dermatologist who can assess your unique skin type and provide appropriate recommendations, rather than relying on advice from videos. This underscores the necessity of seeking treatments from certified dermatologists rather than beauty salons or spas. Thanks for sharing this sir Ryan Fernanando
The best part of the video is when she exactly cleared all my doubts regarding sunscreens and importance about sun protections in a very detailed way.....thank you so much😊
The highlight of this video for me was undoubtedly Dr. Rashmi Shetty's insightful segment on the **Importance of Qualified Professionals**. Her alarming example of a person suffering severe nerve damage from an IV drip administered at a salon was a stark reminder of the dangers posed by unqualified treatments. This story underscored the critical need for proper training and certification in administering skincare and aesthetic procedures, from acne creams to laser treatments. It's terrifying to think that improper care could lead to such serious consequences, including blindness. Dr. Shetty’s emphasis on the necessity of expert knowledge in treatments like Botox and fillers resonated deeply. Understanding the intricate anatomy and technique required for these procedures is paramount to ensure both safety and effectiveness. This part of the video was not only educational but also a wake-up call to always prioritize professional expertise over convenience. Additionally, I appreciated how the video debunked common myths and provided practical advice on skincare and haircare. The clarification that frequent hair washing doesn't cause hair fall, but rather helps manage oil and dandruff, was particularly enlightening. Coupled with the explanation of how overwashing the face can lead to increased oil production and acne, it provided a balanced perspective on proper care routines. Overall, this video was a comprehensive guide to understanding the significance of qualified professionals in skincare, backed by real-life examples and expert advice. It’s a must-watch for anyone serious about maintaining healthy skin and hair. Thank you for creating such an informative and engaging video! #SkincareSafety #ProfessionalCare #MythBusting
Very informative video.. i used to think I have anaemia & that is the reason my nails are brittle. But got to know that protein going down is the reason behind it. The best part of the video is when Doc tells about SPF 🧴 50 and how she uses SPF( protection) during day time and hydration & correction during night time. This video points out how everything is related (nutrition, skincare, healthcare). Also, recently I have stopped getting facials from Salons and looking forward to get appointment with Dermatologist.
According to me THE BEST PART OF THIS VIDEO is that she actually taught us about what works and what doesn't.....got all of the knowledge that actually works rather than the daily products we use just to satisfy our selves but get nothing as result.......she spoken the facts ... whatever is really works either treatment, diet, and many more things .....it's actually important to understand what she said ....will definitely visit her in future if it suited my budget 😅
The best part of the video was actually the whole video was informative few eye openers for me were breaking of capillaries due to rubbing of eye, difference between ‘certified’ and qualified, washing off before applying sunscreen, sugar makes collagen brittle, excessive hydration is harmful & hydrating responsibly, walking is the best exercise in the world! Not touching face even as an example statement was the best shows how imp it is not to touch our face😁 Amazing video thank you so much to both of you! Lucky to have seen this video🤩
The best part about this video for me was - How unbiased both of them are towards BAMS / BHMS / MBBS Practioners. I Being a BAMS Graduate totally agree with her that we aren't trained to do their job or prescribe their medicines. Integrative approach in chronic cases is boon we all should aim to use. Just like using liquorice plus sandalwood daily externally & use of panchakarma with the allopathy prescribed creams n procedures for people with pigmentation issue.
The best part of the video is when she says shampoo your scalp and put moisturizer cause all I heard was don't wash hair regularly as it will lead to hairfall as removing natural hair oil and stuff this video was an eye opener really appreciate your efforts.and the video educated about do's and don'ts about body care, dangers about self medication and also about the crucial role of nutrition in skincare.
The. Best part is that the way you tell us about the difference between certified and qualified which help us to know the reality of today online influencers .
Best part is literally the whole video. Specifically about -spa v/s clinic, Skin health, haircare, scalp health, 5 brief points for good skin & health in the end
The best part about this video is to start educating ourselves and the other’s around us to stop trusting the so called beauty “INFLUENCERS” who aren’t certified doctors,As they are getting paid or free products from the brands to sell the product as a “sales person”.
The entire episode was rocking.. its like an encyclopedia about skin narrated and compacted in a single episode by Dr. Rashmi Shetty. The best part is:1. Myths about washing hair 2.skin is a diagnostic tool as it says what is happening inside through various symptoms 3.Protection ,nourishment and correction.4 importance of nutrition for your skin.
The best part about this video how they actually made an awareness about not getting treatments with the places like spas especially getting treatments like IV drips from the places like small beauty parlour, spas and Getting the treatments from them .where we are not aware about the consequences of this treatment by uncertified physicians😢Thank you from the bottom of my heart for briefing about it.
Wow...the full session is so informative..the best part i liked is where Dr. Rashmi Shetty talked about the skin care in detail like maintaining hygiene of skin and scalp, giving advice like don't wash face multiple times, dnt touch the face again and again, wash the scalp and at last protection and nourishment...Just wow....
The best part is where you made us cognizant about how to differentiate between the misinformation spread by influencers who just create content to garner view and certified doctors and qualified people who have tons of knowledge in the field and readily share it. A great example of such a person is Dr. Ryan himself. His intellect in nutrition is a paradigm of brilliance. I got to know so many mantras and am very close to attaining a very healthy lifestyle. Thank you for such a wonderful video! 🫶
Very detailed and candid conversation. Best part is when she says we should ask the qualifications of the doctor, and difference between certified and qualified doctors!
really informative video, i totally relate to a part where dr. Rashmi mentions that when a parent a teen comes to her clinic and there are “come on”moments. Even i used to feel embarrassed about asking a profession to a doctor because i used to think thats kinda rude. But im glad to hear this from you that every patient should ask the profession to a doctor.
I've been following Ryan sir and Dr. Rashmi for a few months now, and incorporating their recommendations has made a noticeable difference in my overall health. Adding pistachios, chamomile tea, and movement has improved my sleep, and cleansing my hair every other day with the right shampoo has helped with my dandruff. As a result, I feel healthier, my skin looks better, and my sleep has improved my overall well-being. Thank you both! Videos and podcasts like these are incredibly helpful for staying on track and thanks for playing an important part in making me feel confident and secure in my own skin
You're very welcome! Thank you for your kind words. I'm glad to hear that the videos and podcasts are helpful for you. It's wonderful to know that we can play a part in helping you feel confident and secure in your own skin. Keep up the great work!
OK FIRST we need pod 2 .... There is so much we can continue talking I really loved listening about 1) skin care rituals 2) Thank you so much to involve about the PCOS .( It's really about what you it but the family) ... ❤ 3) I really love doing the face ice bath ... Thank for involving this point
The best part of this podcast is the entire podcast but a specific part is about insulin resistance ,PCOS (marginal one ), supplements, and most of all how simple is to stay healthy unlike what's been boasted in social media and all ! Thank you so much to both the Doctors ..... Glad to see doctors talking about their field that a lot of clarity is given in the middle of all the chaos of "super food" "do this" "don't do this"and what not!
The whole video is very useful for all the normal people who are watching....it helps to know about the basic do's and don'ts .For me the best part is "the skin is the diagnostic tool which tell that what's happening inside of our body" Actually it's work as a mirror that reflects the internal problems of our body
The video is very informative in many different ways and the best part of the video is when Dr Rashmi explains about the simple skin hygiene practice an individual can follow in daily life and what to avoid like frequently touching face , washing your face too much and also Ryan explaining about the weight gain problem and mindset behind that in girls .
Having being diagnosed with pcos the best part for me was about nutrition for pcos and skin issues that come with it. I would say it’s was best podcast with two best minds coming and speaking about it.
I personally enjoyed the entire podcast, but two moments stood out for me. First when Ryan asked the doctor if it's okay to inquire about qualifications, and she affirmed that it’s the patient’s birthright...a powerful statement. Second Ryan's line.. 'The face is the soul to the world, and you are what you eat' it really resonated with me. The podcast was highly informative, presenting valuable insights without any exaggeration. Its simplicity and clarity made it all the more impactful.❤
The best part of this video that I found, not one maybe many, today in the age of having flawless skin ,the reasons behind it is like artificial beauties, but in this video we see how we can maintain our health and skin ,Dr.Rashmi Shetty is a great dermatologist and how she motivate us that's amazing, I have acne prone & oily skin i always wondering about how it looks , i always eager to have a flawless skin like her thanks for this video it help me.........❤
The video was so much informative and ya the best part was 1. When mam said that "The skin is just a diagnostic tool for what's happening inside and it is actually a very important and it is something to think about deeply... 2. "The body is the most expensive Real Estate " the words are enough to describe this..... Loved the video!!
It was so refreshing to hear from two of the most revered Doctors of our country, that foundation of great skin, hair, nails lies in Nutrition Dense low calorie food and water Dr Ryan and Dr Rashmi Shetty both intricately depicted that how skin is only a mirror showcasing what's happening inside our body. This was truly very insightful for the 22 year old me, who's had acne+ Post inflammatory Hyperpigmentation+ rolling and ice pick scars, to ascertain that I need to purify my gut to get a great brain and supple skin. Thanks for this Dr Ryan, you have motivated me to gain a Master's in Food Nutrition and Dietetics too. You asked in one of your podcasts that Why do we have only 1% winners like Virat Kohli? You answered yourself because they have complete control over their brain and taste buds. I needed to hear that to be the Best you have to work like the BEST even before you become that version of yourself 🌸🌸
In my opinion, this whole episode contributes towards a well-aware society. In this era of social media, there's a lot of misinformation provided to the viewers, even by recognised people. Being a celebrity doc, both of them are doing the best to give common people premium content by debunking myths and informing using such scientific facts and terms. The best part is the easy access to such quality content. Thank you
I don't really think there is this one best part in the video! The whole video is so informative , it breaks our misconceptions and as a teenager who is struggling to find the correct product for my problems while watching different reels on Instagram, I think this is the best video I could come across! The best part of this video is it did not tell me about skincare, it educated me about skincare ❤️
Everything in the video is very well described. Especially she didn't even touch her face even while explaining how kids or people touch their faces. Also, I found the explaination about SPF very informative. Also, I was about to buy glutathione and collagen fizzy tablets and she threw light on taking it in a tablet form after consulting with the qualified experts was very helpful.
I also believed washing hair frequently is not good but listening to her only speaking with such confidence i started washing hair alternate days and my scalp is less itchy and face is clear now thanks Dr. Rashmi Shetty!!
I believe the most compelling part of the video is when she discusses the link between skin health and internal well-being. Adequate nutrition plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy skin.
I like that part when she told the difference between going to dermatologist rather just go to spa for skin reunion. Basically full podcast is informative, but to say liked ones that is it. Thanks for podcast.🙏
THE BEST OART OF THE VIDEO "Since I too have acne from past 9 years, this complete video is the best informative video on skin which i have watched. there were so many myths which i belived as facts, now got crystal cleared about that. Skincare routine info and also scalp info was informative for me. the last 10min gave me a good view of this podcast".
The best part of the video is Dr. Rashmi's focus on the importance of a comprehensive skincare routine, including hydration, nutrition, and consulting a dermatologist for personalized care
Wow!! The entire session was so insightful. Right from how your itchy eyes can lead to dark circles and taking precautions to not go to just any salon for facial treatments, info on botox and filler, scalp & face hygiene, best sunscreens for you and sugar in any form is also bad for you skin. So informative!! So many take aways from the session. 🙏
The best part of the video is how Dr Rashmi strongly recommended the clients to ask for the doctor's qualifications before proceeding further. It is extremely important to know if you wre going to the right person for yourself skin concerns. I also love how Ryan asked what sort of qualifications she would recruit in her own clinic. Now I know there are aesthetif physicians and specialized dermatologists. MBBS degrees do yave a dermatology section but they may not be specifically trained in dermatology only.
The best part of the video was your discussion on the importance of skincare. It's essential for everyone, just like hygiene. Taking care of our skin is something we all should prioritize😊
The best part of the skincare guide video is when Dr. Rashmi shetty broken down the steps for layering products correctly. I always struggled with the right order, but the clear and concise explanation made it so easy to understand.
Loved the way they covered all the queries from the perspective of us people . For me the best part of the video was when doc Rashmi started to tell about skincare and most imp and most basic was hygiene. As we common people would focus less on this thing but it contributes a lot. Thank you sir for bringing up such informative content. Totally loved it .❤
There's not just one best part but it's whole video. Loved how she explained skincare so easily just like that. Conclusion not believe on any random skincare secrets, rather go into depth to understand the root cause as what goes in only what's reflects on one's skin.
Everything is about what you have put into you is what is seen outside is so true. The best part of the video is the way she tells about hygiene, diet and don't take stress. Last but not the least Ryan sir your tips about nutrition.
Best part of video is “face is the soul to the world & you are what you eat” How beautifully nutrition knowledge is talked about and clarity of so many myths, its all about your gut health that is your second brain. 🧠
The entire video was extremely informative and useful. I've been dealing with acne for the past 8-9 years and couldn't identify what was going wrong despite doing and trying so many things. This video introduced me to new concepts, such as food intolerance tests, which could be very helpful in determining what to eliminate from my diet..as I too may have sensitive gut. Special thanks to mam for sharing her personal routine and various supplements and their combinations for maintaining healthy skin . I'll definitely try to follow these things in my routine now onwards
The best part of this video is that, it provides detailed information of skin and hair care. And how our internal care ie diet and nutrition is important for hair and skin, rather than solely depending on supplements and external care products
Being a med aspirant ig each nd every insight shared by Dr.Rashmi was important nd valuable.Well tbh I literally noted down each every point that she mentioned abt skin nd hair. This session really helped me lott in gaining knowledge. For me the fav part was Dr.Rashmi itself and her valuable insights abt skin.Indeed must needed session since Iam struggling with skin pblms frm last 3 yrs.Thank you so much Dr.Ryan nd Dr.Rashmi for such an amazing session
Glad to make it here, Get the answer to almost all my questions regarding nutrition and skin care. No matter what product i used, my acne and dark spots that I have won't go away and will always start a new one now I blamed my diet that I can't maintain From this video I have learnt that I sud put correct food in my body and maintain a right sleeping schedule . Thanks for the informative videos sir and ma'am More power to you both 🙌
The best part of the podcast for me as a listener was learning about the importance of utilizing corrective measures for skin repair at night and protective measures during the day. It's great to hear about going to a good dermatologist for skin massages and treatments. Combining diet and skincare is such valuable advice! Thank you for sharing these insights.
The entire podcast was awesome. It clearly revealed harsh truths and busted many myths which we unintentionally do in our lives. I didn’t know that Botox and fillers had a time validity and needs to be done every 3 and 6 months. Secondly soaps are not good even for body. I was also shocked to know about the hair scalp and the scalp skin being so sensitive and to be treated differently then how we would wash our hair. Also revelations about PCOD and diabetes and diet playing such an important role in treating these diseases. How the symptoms need to be treated holistically and cannot be treated just with diets. Awesome podcast Dr Ryan and Dr Shetty. 👏👏👏
The best part for me was regarding sunscreen,as one should know what type of sunscreen is to be used.As i have acne and oily skin..this video helped me more to be conscious about my skin and treat it the right way..thanks to the best skin guru,👍
The best part about this video is that , whenever you are doing something with your body for nutrition also for skin like any treatment, then choose the correct path and person like who is an expert in these fields.
When I heard that Ryan sir and Dr. Rashmi were coming, I knew only good things would happen. It's like education is flowing and we all have to take as much possible
Few years back my facial skin was completely damaged due to a steroid cream for acne..... whatever it is make sure medications are for shorter period of time.....ty for this insightful podcast 🎉
Best part of Video was enlightening about Cold water Wash on a bowl for Face - Shocking Skin mildly based on person's cardio vascular condition was insightful 👌 👍🏻
Thank for this very informative vedio! The best part is when Dr Rashmi pointed the importance of nutrition and not to administer self supplementation! Also few suggestions like following up a food diary in order to diagnose ourselves, then temperature of the water for the shower ,also thanks for clear nd detailed explanation of keywords in between in order to hv more understanding even for a layman!❤
As a skincare enthusiasts I always follow my dermats advice always. After joining Instagram I started following most of Indian dermats. On 2023 I found you, immediately started following your advices. Have listened your podcast with Ranveer too. I try to share your science backed advice's to others. In today's vdo the best part I get the knowledge about not to rush what's on trending.Always have proper knowledge and do things accordingly.Today's people can promote anything but only a qualified dermat know what should do and what not. Besides dermat nutrition also play vital role. Dr Ryan's advice are top notch. Like he explains all the stuffs that should made difference. Thank you Dr Rashmi and Dr Ryan for this amazing video❤️
The best part of this video was when she talked about capillaries in your eyes rupturing and serum releasing just by a common thing we do - rub our eyes. Also I loved it that she included lymphatic massage in the explanation! I myself love doing lymphatic massages for my skin and releasing the fatigue.
Glowing skin is always the index of your health and well being" You don't have to be perfect to be beautiful.” “Eat, sleep ,exercise, meditate, skincare, repeat.” (Mindfully). “Skincare is a ritual, not a routine. This is what I believe in. I definitely liked the part where she says the amalgamation of allopathic medicine and Ayurveda to work towards the goal. Thank u Ryan for the eye opener 🙏 Dhanyavaadagalu Rashmi avare for the wonderful info ❤❤🙏🙏
Best part of the video is that wht is we see outside tht is what we put inside our body...it's just the reflection of tht outside on our overhealth or skin .
It's sooo true that, it's not only chemicals that are applied on the skin that determines skin's activity, it's mainly the gut responsible for the skin's health
So tough to choose the best part of the video!! This has to be one of Dr. Shetty’s most informative videos on the internet! I have a lot of takeaways from the video- - difference between fillers & Botox surely makes one wonder where the true artist could be & if the same said artist can recreate the magic each time 😁 - now looking for a separate scalp & hair shampoo! - not going to feel bad/dirty anymore if I wash my face just twice 😁 - will stick to my 50 spf and no gimmicks ( but how to wash makeup & reapply 😭) - super guilty of long hot showers 😭 - must start food journaling! - interesting nutrition plugging in, in Dr. Rashmi’s routine! - my grandmom was definitely sub(cute)aneous 😁 - pimples in ovaries is quite a funny analogy 😂 - what a revelation Dr. Ryan on the PCOD food mindset, I’m blown away!! - so glad I can’t run, but love walking 😁 To conclude, however, the best part of this video & the best takeaway for me has been- DON’T TOUCH YOUR FACE! 😁 Thank you Dr. R & Dr. R 🙏🏼
Best part is the info she has given so much about skin which I never knew somethings and we suffer not knowing these simple but major things Thank you so much ❤
Complete Video is best with full of information but below mention points are bestest: Skin is the diagnostic tool to know what is happening inside the body. Bring Water back as fashionable element. Sunscreen acts as an umbrella of protection
I can't tell perfection of any part because the whole video is perfect and this video gave literally a good amount of information about the skincare. It also have broken many myths of many people and every Indian must see this video to get a lot of info regarding skincare cause there are many videos who give nonsense advices but after watching this one i got many answers of my questions that i was having in my mind and I'll once again say this was one of the best video in the market to get genuine knowledge and guidence. Thank you both of uhh❤😊
Best part of the video scalp or hair wash myths broken by Dr Rashmi Shetty and the way she beautifully explained the skin care starts from cleansing to nutrition aspect of skin. Everything we eat should be in the limit.
I loved this video! Dr. Rashmi Shetty Garu shares such valuable insights on skincare and body health. Her emphasis on consulting qualified doctors and the importance of nutrition really stood out to me. The practical tips and myth-busting advice are so helpful. This episode is a must-watch for anyone looking to improve their skincare routine and overall well-being!
Bes part of the video is when she explained how botox works and explaining it in a simple way. I myself never knew about botox and fillers but love the way she just explained it in simpler way.
The best part of this video is your tips have made such a difference in my routine. Thank you for sharing your expertise and making skincare so accessible!"
The best part of this video I most like is skin problem and skin goal, the way she is talking, from that we can understand how mich knowledge she have and other is whatever is happening inside our body it's all displayed on our face and so many things I loved.
50:13 truly informative about the nutrition for your skin. If only we’d have this knowledge when we were kids. As a 26 years old with acne issues, wish I cared about my skin earlier. But better late than never. Thanks for this podcast! 55:07 - THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION STARTS HERE!!!!
For me everything what doctor said about skincare , food, about skincare and haircare myths all are best but it got me when you said that we began to understand that our body is most expensive real estate and my house needs to be constructed ✨
The best part was that the video educated about do's and don'ts about body care, dangers about self medication and also about the crucial role of nutrition in skincare.
Thankyou for such an informative video...jse ki ma'am ne bola humare Gaal pe patches h to hum milasma samajh lete h..lkn wo kuchh aur karan bhi ho sakta h...hum khud se kuchh bhi kharid k laga dete h to wo sahi nhi h.. literally we need a dermatologist for concern
My favourite part of the video was the discussion on plugging micronutrients as it's true that there is a severe lack of these which we at times don't find out till we have suffered quite a lot.
Thanks so much to Ryan sir he is already successful but he giving us health podcast which is beneficial me for healthy life
Congratulations, You are 1 of our lucky winners.!!
@@celebritynutritionistryan Thankyou How I will get it I didn't receive yet
I have filled address and everything on your given website with grow Yourself name but when I wil get kit excited to see
The best part of this video is when she said "skin is a diagnostic tool for what's happening inside." 😊
The best part is now I got to know where I need to focus to have the best skin and gut,
●Analyse my body's reaction to what I eat
●Rubbing my eyes in the morning really is not a good habit
●Less sugar consumption /elimination diet
● I will start washing my hair on regular intervals of time after knowing that it can reduce my dandruff (definitely gonna try)
This podcast has helped me to gain perspective on various factors such as nutrition, look for qualified doctors, difference between botox and fillers, not gonna do spa or massages from any unqualified non professional people.
Question: I need to get rhinoplasty done, what should I look for in a doctor?
Recently I consulted a dermatologist who is rhinoplasty surgeon, but I am not sure if dermatology and rhinoplasty are complementary things
Thank you you just save my 1 hr 37 min
Loved every part of it, few of the highlights were
1) Double sun protection (different types of sunscreen formulation that can be applied at the same time!₹
2) Someone with lean body and regular periods can also have PCOD is an eye opener
3) Its your birth right to know and ask about the qualifications of your doctor
4) That certain foods can be pro estrogen and can increase its level
5) And that scars hold your skin :)
The best part is the clarity in each part of conversation.
Best part:
1) Skin is the diagnostic tool to know what is happening inside the body.
So the quantity you use matters
Tpa= Tan protection Index - 4+ is the highest
IR protection =Note sunscreen should be IR positive for inflammatory skin.
All in all, Received clarity insights through this podcast and also knowledge of some misconceptions.
Thank you.
I don't understand the last point
Can you explain it in the easy language
Wow that's like a summary of the whole podcast.
Feel like this comment should get pinned too.
Best part is " skin is a diagnostic tool for what happens inside" Amazing video ❤😊
@celebritynutritionistryan
Pls tell what type of shampoo do u use??
OK FIRST we need pod 2 ....
There is so much we can continue talking
I really loved listening about
1) skin care rituals
2) Thank you so much to involve about the PCOS .( It's really about what you it but the family) ... ❤
3) I really love doing the face ice bath ...
The whole video is very useful for all the normal people who are watching....it helps to know about the basic do's and don'ts .For me the best part is "the skin is the diagnostic tool which tell that what's happening inside of our body"
Actually it's work as a mirror that reflects the internal problems of our body
I love how Dr. Shetty is informative and honest with her answers. No filter. Great questions Ryan 😄
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! it's great to hear how much you connected with the podcast❤️
It was so refreshing to hear from two of the most revered Doctors of our country, that foundation of great skin, hair, nails lies in Nutrition Dense low calorie food and water
Dr Ryan and Dr Rashmi Shetty both intricately depicted that how skin is only a mirror showcasing what's happening inside our body.
Wow, thank you!
Best Part - when she is talking about layers of skin and ryan shows the picture.
For me this helps me to understand the rest of the video
The best part of the video was your discussion on the importance of skincare. It's essential for everyone, just like hygiene. Taking care of our skin is something we all should prioritize😊
Glad it was helpful!
In this cruel world there are people like you sir who provide a good knowledge to us with selfless heart thank you both ❤
Being a med aspirant ig each nd every insight shared by Dr.Rashmi was important nd valuable.Well tbh I literally noted down each every point that she mentioned abt skin nd hair.
No matter what product i used, my acne and dark spots that I have won't go away and will always start a new one now I blamed my diet that I can't maintain
From this video I have learnt that I sud put correct food in my body and maintain a right sleeping schedule .
Thanks for the informative videos sir and ma'am
More power to you both 🙌
The best part of the podcast for me as a listener was learning about the importance of utilizing corrective measures for skin repair at night and protective measures during the day. It's great to hear about going to a good dermatologist for skin massages and treatments. Combining diet and skincare is such valuable advice! Thank you for sharing these insights.
From 1hr 2 min , the most important piller for your skin health is your nutrition and diet these is the best part of these prodcast ✨
The best part is the explanation where she explains the importance of dermatologist
Best part of this video is start from after 30 sec.
Very useful video
Glowing skin is always the index of your health and well being" You don't have to be perfect to be beautiful.” “Eat, sleep ,exercise, meditate, skincare, repeat.” (Mindfully). “Skincare is a ritual, not a routine. This is what I believe in.
I definitely liked the part where she says the amalgamation of allopathic medicine and Ayurveda to work towards the goal.
Thank u Ryan for the eye opener 🙏
Dhanyavaadagalu Rashmi avare for the wonderful info ❤❤🙏🙏
Best part of the video is that wht is we see outside tht is what we put inside our body...it's just the reflection of tht outside on our overhealth or skin .
It's sooo true that, it's not only chemicals that are applied on the skin that determines skin's activity, it's mainly the gut responsible for the skin's health
So tough to choose the best part of the video!!
This has to be one of Dr. Shetty’s most informative videos on the internet!
I have a lot of takeaways from the video-
- difference between fillers & Botox surely makes one wonder where the true artist could be & if the same said artist can recreate the magic each time 😁
- now looking for a separate scalp & hair shampoo!
- not going to feel bad/dirty anymore if I wash my face just twice 😁
- will stick to my 50 spf and no gimmicks ( but how to wash makeup & reapply 😭)
- super guilty of long hot showers 😭
- must start food journaling!
- interesting nutrition plugging in, in Dr. Rashmi’s routine!
- my grandmom was definitely sub(cute)aneous 😁
- pimples in ovaries is quite a funny analogy 😂
- what a revelation Dr. Ryan on the PCOD food mindset, I’m blown away!!
- so glad I can’t run, but love walking 😁
To conclude, however, the best part of this video & the best takeaway for me has been- DON’T TOUCH YOUR FACE! 😁
Thank you Dr. R & Dr. R 🙏🏼
Best part is the info she has given so much about skin which I never knew somethings and we suffer not knowing these simple but major things Thank you so much ❤
Complete Video is best with full of information but below mention points are bestest:
Skin is the diagnostic tool to know what is happening inside the body.
Thank you both of uhh❤😊
best part I liked is the way you tell The difference between going to a dermatologist rather than going to a spa and getting your skin rieunied
Everything we need to know nowadays and should talk about more is said in this video.Really knowledgeable and also easy to understand .
Bes part of the video is when she explained how botox works and explaining it in a simple way. I myself never knew about botox and fillers but love the way she just explained it in simpler way.
Whole episode is amazing but for me the best part of the video is the importance of nutrition mentioned by Dr Shetty!
Love how she explained the myths so effectively
The best part of the video is this full video itself 😍, full of knowledge, bursting myths, every minute of the video is worth watching 👏
"Skin is a diagnostic tool of what is going inside" - that's simple and yet very deep insight. That was the best part.
The best part is the introduction of skin to the simple way that make to catch very simple about our skin
My favourite part of the video was the discussion on plugging micronutrients as it's true that there is a severe lack of these which we at times don't find out till we have suffered quite a lot.
