I have the exact same truck same color interior and everything. Almost done fully rebuilding the motor to a 461 with stage 2 lunati cam and headers. Dude ur an inspiration. I have all the paint purchased to redo the black outside again. Hope it looks half as clean as yours. Cant wait to see the finished product.
I have a '93 Indy Pace Truck and a '94 GMC Suburban 4x4 and both have the exact same interior as your truck. I had a '98 Chevy single cab stepside Z71, but sold it mostly because I didn't like the interior. The 88-94 interior is my absolute favorite. It, to me IS the 90s, which I dearly love.
I really love this 88-94 interior too. Once I got this one cleaned up I was very happy with how it came out. Just have to get these door panels back on and we're done with the inside!
I disagree with those people who say 88-94 interior are ugly. For me they have a special place in my heart because I remember when my dad bought our 94 gmc sierra stepside I fell in love with it. It was in really good condition back in dec 2012 when he bought it. Unfortunately he was using for work as landscaping towing a trailar and completely worn out the driver seat. The rear and front bench still look good just the driver seat broke and it was one of those power seats like yours. The plan now it is to restore it just like back to where it was
I’d start by seeing if I could shoot some lubricant where the armrest connects to the seat and slowly try to break the armrest free. There’s probably a build up of rust that seized the armrest in place.
So if you want to never have to deal with seat belts again Buy tuffstuff carpet cleaner Agitated with a drill brush Then use the most aggressive pressure washer tip you have Then use the carpet extractor The belts won't get ruined because it's a felt material But if you don't feel comfortable doing what I just told you do what you do
Beautiful truck man. Definitely the next classic

Nice man!! I love these trucks. Can’t wait to cruise around in this one but I sure do wish I had your motor in mine. 😅
@@motortopiaondemand lol
OBS trucks are awesome and 88-94 is the best interior. I have 94 Blazer and a 92 454SS. Love them both.
These OBS trucks are quickly becoming my favorite to cruise in.
Ugly? Hell na. Obs are awesome. Own one myself as well as a square body and two 70’s k5’s. My fav by far.
I love my 93 5spd 350 stepside. So happy they offer a new dash. Just wish someone would make the OE door panels

Looks good buddy ,you have a nice truck I have a 94 gmc sierra I want my looks like yours thanks for your videos
What kind of extractor machine are you using
I just picked up a 96 white with a blue interior
That's the BEST year and a pretty good color combo too!

I prefer my 96 interior to the rest of the years BUT an OBS is one of the top 3 nicest GM truck exteriors. Squares and 67-72 and the other nice ones!
I agree with that! I'm a big fan of these OBS trucks.
Thats the best generation chevy trucks has made 👌👍 what bran pf windows did LMC truck send you?
Sure is! I'm not sure of the window manufacturer but they did fit well.
I got the same seats on my truck but my arm rest don’t want to move up any suggestions on what I should do?

I’m redoing a 95 model ext cab and I also done a 1990 Chevy single cab front to rear bumper is all new
Awesome. I'm hoping to add more OBS trucks to my fleet.
I have two of them I want a dully 4wd any way…. Where did you get the console at ??? Nice build btw 👍
@@damonlawson2117 I refinished the original console that was in the truck.
I’ve been looking for a 95 -98 center console or some parts to fix mine
These are the best. I perfer the 95-00 body over the 88-94
You talking about the interior
Because they almost did nothing cosmetic to the body
Aza steering wheel make steering for your truck.
They are stiching the leather now. 😎
Yes I have maroon stitching and carbon fiber with black leather.

That’s a great idea to use the pressure washer! I didn’t think about that. That probably would have saved me some time. Lol.
