I love your workout videos, JayWalking, etc. I'm 66 years old and hit the gym 5 days per week using the "Pro Split," one body part per day: Mon - Chest; Tues - Back; Wed - Legs; Thurs - Shoulders; and, Fri - Biceps & Triceps. I'll add abs on Tues and Thurs. I've mixed in some of your workouts (but not 5 sets, 4 on some, but mostly 3 sets) into my workouts. I'm doing it to keep "young n healthy" and not particularly for body building competition. I am taking chlomid and it seems to be helping with my "T" level, and, therefore, my muscle gain and fat loss. Keep all you social media coming, love 'em all.

Thank you for the content on UA-cam Jay! I'm 52 and started lifting at 16 and have never stopped even when I was in the field in the Marines I brought my weights in the LAV25 and made a bench out of cases of MRE's, I used a Tanker bar to bench 5 gallon oil cans! As with many I was in awe of Arnold, when I was a kid and he was a motivator for years. I've been following you for several years and yes I absolutely watch your videos for motivation! Thank you for the motivation and keep killing it!

Turning 60 next month and work out in my home basement gym. Love to watch your videos for 2 main reasons: 1) The sense of community, and 2) to learn new ideas regarding the philosophy of training. It's nice to see a wide variety in your uploads, i.e., Jaywalking, expos, workout videos, etc... Thanks for the content! 👍🏼

The drive at 42, after taking about 10 years off, comes from seeing so many 60 and 70 year olds in the gym, working out. They inspire me! The gym is mind as much as muscle, it bring joy to the day, its way more fun than running and rewards are greater. Thanks for posting, great content.

Jay, great vid. You Always do a nice job with your awareness of people, being approachable, and showing appreciation those are great traits. I enjoy your training vids and especially if they line up with what I’m going to train. Keeps me from getting stale. Like bent overs, I don’t do them as often anymore but did today because you added them in. At 63 and seriously training for 45 years, I think the key to enjoying training is never stop learning and trying different styles. I believe training has no age limitations only adaptations as long as we keep it real. Thanks for keeping it real. Cutler casts are great and love the J walks - those are my cardio watches! Go get em Jay

Yes, workout vids of Jay Cutler to keep motivated, late night workouts. I also play Gran Turismo 7, but I just did a time trial and it only too 6 laps, 14mins, to get the Gold or within 3% of the best time, so I need to do something that doesn't become too easy, and that's workingout, and learning about tricks, like how you said to keep tension balanced during single arm rows by suspending the weight a bit with resting arm, for instance.

As my 50th has been approaching, I have been looking to do something similar to what you had going last year. And it also happens to be an anniversary year of a running achievement when I ran the Vegas Strip the first time. That year of training was phenomenal (both lifting in the gym and running.) Since 2014 I got away from the running and focused on my resistance and strength workouts. I got bigger, but dont look nearly as shredded. I have a picture of when I was at my lowest weight back then, and I've thought about trying to get close to that by my 50th. It almost feels like I'm chasing a ghost. I also use my gym time as a stress reducer as well. In the last year and a half, I had a stressful job where those stresses were not getting worked out in the places I lift. Now that I have had a recent job change, I feel a lot more focused and ready to tackle my challenge. Im about 45 lbs away from my 2014 weight, but here we go. Yes I watch your videos, mostly because it helps me focus around my current and future workouts (I'm going to do the same back workout this week for back you did here.) Funny, because in the gym, I have no music and just focus on what I'm doing and trying to pick up ideas watching others. And I think the 35lb plates are annoying. I never understand taking up more space in a gym when you can just throw another 10 on.

    Two things:
if you were able to regain your title of Mr Olympia in what is one of the most beautiful comeback stories in sport (and one heck of a great Flex ''He's Back'' poster), your goal for ''Fit for 51'' is more than achievable. When the Cutler Machine starts, nothing can stop it!
    Two:
Yes. God damn it, yes! I use all your recent workout videos to inspire me every time I go to the gym. All-Of-Them. I do back? I type “Jay Cutler Back training” just before hitting the gym. I do Chest (like today)? i'm gonna type ''Jay Cutler Chest Training'' 15 minutes before. Etc...
I prefer your recent videos rather than the old ones where you were the biggest bodybuilder on the planet! Why? I identify much more with your current shape and your way of training than before. Who the heck could identidy with your Mr O shape? We are the same age and I love your movement, the way you rest between sets, the way you interact with your co-workers, the lighter weights you take and your lack of ego. I always come back to this example in one of your videos where you compliment a girl who lifts heavier than you. She's so proud and you say it with no shame whatsoever. If i didn't see that segment a dozen of times, i never saw it at all! That is the Jay Cutler I admire. That is the Jay Cutler i always love to watch to motivate myself to go to the gym.
    The Cutler way.
Don't you stop doing those workout videos for each individual body parts (please...). I don't know how I would motivate myself without them. Last week I wasn't able to watch one right before I went to do my legs and it wasn't the same. Because of you, I now enjoy doing exercises that I didn't like before. You showed me new ways to make them. I'm especially thinking of all the exercises where you are inclined on a bench, on your stomach (not on your back) to work on your back, your front delts or your biceps. Also, I hated lunges before and now, because of you, they are my favorite leg exercises! Just the way you do them, I love it.
We all need role models to inspire us in different disciplines. Those who don't lack something, I believe. If only for the fun of it. Thank you again for the inspiration you give to those who know how to appreciate it.
To me, there is the Austrian Oak and then, the Vegas Sherman Tree... (go read what they say on the General Sherman Tree... that is you).

Jay! Looking at all your (old)videos: they motivate, inspirate and are educational for me. I learn from your mindset, discipline and your iron will.
Something when I’m tired or its late and I thinking of skipping gym I always think off you.
“Jay wouldn’t skip gym today! Why do you think Jay is huge? Because he never skipped gym you lazy bastard. Now go and lift some weights!
    And there I go🥳
    Keep making great content Jay…
