Following John’s advice was the single most helpful thing in my lifting career. He never over complicated things or tried to reinvent things for clicks or likes. His integrity would not allow him too. But his honesty and experience made his advice more valuable and produced more results then anyone else by far.

What a beautiful thing to say in the end. So much respect he had for others. I think that's why we also had so much respect for
    John! Such a beautiful soul.

His leg curl, squat, stiff leg deadlift, leg press, hack squat workout completely terrorizes your legs. When I squat heavy I can only do leg press or hack squat.
Been doing it for a couple of months and I can absolutely see results

    • @mellow7932

@@MehdiGlz I can only agree! I can´t do barbell squats because of my hips, but I do everything else and my legs grew like crazy. John Meadows was my favourite bodybuilder and I really do believe in his workouts and his information. The way the workouts are planned improved my recovery by a lot

John had pre exciting conditions and cardiovascular issues so he was predisposed to a lot of things. Take jay for example at the moment he only uses HRT and that seems to be the only thing needed for him. If you want longevity In the sport of bodybuilding just run test and don’t stack if your not planning on competing test will he plenty to make sure you hit your goals less is more at a certain point

Longevity and bodybuilding don't mix. Just like healthy and bodybuilding is an oxymoron. Natty pro bodybuilders being the exception.

As a 62 years of age Pro Bodybuilder the only injuries I have gotten are from not warming up doing heavy lifting things out of the gym.I worked on a street repair crew lifting and pull things in the hot humid sun for 25 years and still competed every few years placing in the top 5 in every contest I entered. And stayed natural also . Good content.

I’ve recently taken Jason Gallant Natural Bodybuilding Channel advice of never locking out or engage the joints. Work the muscles not the Joints is Jason’s Theory and Proven Path. Way better pump and even at age 52 I’ve gained 7 pounds in Muscle mass the first 8 weeks of using it. Why Kick the Crap outta the joints. Without healthy joints? U are Done!

If you don’t fully straighten the elbows when pressing though, are you getting full tricep ROM? I try my best to maintain tension but I won’t reduce essential ROM to do it. But clearly it works for Jay.
