I started bodybuilding in 2018 after playing different sports all my life. In 2021 my son was diagnosed with a rare, terminal illness and my wife has been going NON-STOP in raising money to expedite potential treatment for him. I work as much as I can and am always motivated when seeing your videos, Jay! Whether it's "Jay-walking", "Cutler Cast" or these training videos, I never miss them! Thank you for the motivation and happy birthday!
I just finished reading "You Are Stronger Than You Think" by Borlest and I'm thrilled! The book offers detailed, science-backed methods for naturally increasing testosterone, which is essential for men's health and vitality. It explains step-by-step how to improve your hormones, energy, and overall health through changes in diet, exercise, and lifestyle.
I’m 52 been training since mid 80s. I remember moving down to Redondo Beach back in mid 90s just to be around bodybuilding and those 90s bodybuilding years were the best. Now I train like you and enjoy seeing the videos and stealing a few new/ old training methods to keep pushing forward and setting some new fitness goals. Keep it up. Thanks jay.
I've been a fan. Since your first Olympia and got away from working out altogether till one day I turned on UA-cam and saw you about a year and a 1/2 ago. And I've been sticking to it ever since I buy all your products and the unbelievable transformation in over a year. Is unbelievable I'll be 51 this year and you definitely show the age doesn't matter. Keep the videos coming!!
I’m 58. I started bodybuilding in October of 1984. For more than the last couple of decades you’ve been a bigger inspiration to me than Arnold. You’ve legitimately earned your way thru Bodybuilding. It’s nice to listen to the Non Robotic Cutler 😂 But the Robot Cutler is a great motivator too. Lol Thanks for the good content
Amazing content guys, thank you & please don’t stop. I’m 55 and still training- fighting old injuries and surgeries and arthritis etc. your stuff keeps me motivated and I usually watch one of your most recent videos on the body part I’m trying that day and it’s so motivating & awesome. No White Flags above this door.
Jay cutler,I'm a loss at words, you are such a gentleman, Ambassador to a sport that gets knocked down alot, your mom must be so proud,I just can't say enough great things about u.you are a true gem champ..
Thanks , Jay and Dave (FTB) for another great video for taking us along with your work out it never gets old and the memories you guys talk about are priceless !!! SR.
Hi, I'm Shawn. I'm 49 and have been weightlifting consistently for about 4 years. Just want to say that I really appreciate being able to watch Jay Cutler workout in the gym. I remind myself that I'm watching a master, but find him to be a humble and genuine speaker. God bless you all.
You hit the mail on the head. We are holding our breath. You are motivating but at the same time entertaining. Love all your content and yes more old Jay and Mad Max stories.
Another awesome share Jay! You are a blessing to fitness and all things that feed off of motivation and accomplishment. Keep up the "banter" with Dave and above all else keep making a difference!! Fitness has been the foundation of my life for over 50 years and I am still in the gym every day doing my 1 body part and 30-45 minutes of volume or intensity or a run at the resistance. I am working out with what I used to warmup with but totally grateful to simply have the opportunity.
Love your content Jay. I have your videos where you didn't interact at all. I still love watching them. I appreciate your commentary on your videos now. Keep up the good work.
You've ALWAYS made all of your sets look easy, Jay. As for the "workout face", i'm the type that always has that look of pain in my face when lifting- even when doing warmup sets. Keep the great videos coming.
🎉🎉. Happy birthday once again. I love the way you talk about not needing to push crazy weight at our age. I remember the days of bench pressing with 120 pound dumbbells and my body cringes at the thought of that now is all about getting that time under tension at this point . Someone else commented as well about the lack of music. I totally agree with having no music and more conversation and dialogue Jay’s comments and recollections are priceless and should not be drowned out.
Happy birthday, champ. We were born six days apart in 1973 and at 51 I feel in my best shape for years, thanks in no small part to your content helping me learn better ways to train. Everything has value, nothing is wasted. We go on!
You would think Jay getting older he would lose muscle but he’s actually making serious gains! Happy Birthday Jay! You are an inspiration for us more mature ( oldies) viewers.😂
Congratulations on all your accomplishment the whole world appreciated you Champ and my condolences to you and your family 🙏🙏🙏🙏 for your Dad another champion in life keep pushing salute 💯💪💪💪💪
I’ve seen Jay do videos, work out videos, Jay walking, package his product to his customers, etc. I’m curious to see if Jay can run 🏃. Can you run one full lap on the track?
Jay, thanks for the motivation it keeps this 64 years young moving and lifting. I watch your videos every day before i work out on that body part for that day. Thanks buddy
You have been awesome brother following for over 15 years , but I noticed for the first time that you are having a moment especially at 35:50 time stamp. I’m flying in on the 9th Big J…coming to see the O from Colorado with my 11 year old Leo ♌️ son… who can’t wait to meet you! Let’s get that workout in!
You're still young. Wait till you're 70yrs old. Everything changes again and the recovery can be very difficult because its easy to overdo your workouts. 👍💯
I get HUGE motivation from You and Dave both!!! It’s comforting to know even as successful as you’ve been you still seem ordinary just like anyone of us, I appreciate your candidness and all that you do for your fans!!!! 👍💪❤️
I'm 52 and gaining muscle by just lifting moderately heavy to heavy. Doing similar routines as you, Jay. Waiting 45 to 60 seconds in between sets. I'm pushing myself every day I'm in the gym which is 3 to 4 days a week. I listen to my body just as you said, and I'm feeling the best and looking the best I ever have. Thank you for the knowledge and motivation! My motto Just keep lifting just keep lifting.
The unedited videos with no music during the training are much more enjoyable.
Thanks
YES!!! Music and editing is not essential
sam sulek style
@@FearZe guess u never watched Jay cutler’s old Olympia training videos
You guys complain about that too much. Most of his videos are no music. The music over them is cool.

Hey Jay, great video…I could fly down myself and hopefully be the lucky person to workout you. If possible.
Jay"Quad Stomp" Cutler
I noticed that Jay is doing lengthened partials on his chest exercises, rather than full ROM. The science is catching up to Jay.
Always watch your videos Jay, there really inspiring, how you explain your training is very informative which I have copied many a training sesh.
