Huge respect to your Father. I can't even begin to express how I feel. My wife is a Mezzo soprano studying at the Music Hochschule in Hannover Germany and today being the 19th of January 2021 she introduced this piece at her class Podium hour. This piece is special. I'm happy to have had the opportunity and privilege of having a loved one perform this lovely piece of music.

Composed by a fellow person from Gibraltar. Sadly William passed away from cancer in the late 90s. Many of my friends of the older generations performed and wrote music with him, just glad to have met such wonderful people

I only heard this after William Gomez had passed away suddenly. He was such a humble and lovely man and although I knew him as a classical guitar virtuoso, I was amazed that he had this tucked away! It makes me cry every time I hear it. What a beautiful legacy to leave to the world. His wife and family must be so proud. I feel lucky to have known him.

I've listened each morning for the full 14 years. What a wonderful Christ-like way to greet the day.
This, along with the Ave Maria by the Polish composer Michal Lorenc, have become two of my signature pieces for songs of worship. And this performance by Ms. Garanca of the profoundly sincere and emotional piece by William Gomez, remains my all-time favorite performance by any soloist of any song at any venue and occasion. If I died at the moment of hearing this piece, I would indeed, be in heaven. Thank you William for your blessing several years ago to add this into my repertoire of gratis performance for churches and charities. I am planning a charitable tour to Europe next year (pandemic allowing) and hope to make it to Gibraltar. May your father's presence be felt in every beautiful and wholesome thing you do, William.

Garanca is really great. However, in this video clip, her wound is roughened. There once was the same video clip with better sound quality only to be removed due to xxooxx. How stupid the company. Were not for the better-sound-quality videos, many people including I wouldn't search everywhere to find its relevant products because it really touched. I would like the sound of orchestra be roughened.
