WHITE pozole recipe
FOR 6 to 8 people
1 whole chicken
1 can of white hominy 6.9lb/3.15kg
2 3/4 qt of water
1 head of garlic
1 white onion
4 bay leaves
3 avocado leaves (you can find them at mexican stores)
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of marjoram
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of Mexican oregano
kosher salt to taste
potatoe flautas/potatoe taquitos
I package of corn tortillas
5 potatoes
3 pinches of salt
to garnish
3 ripe avocados
1 bounch of red radishes
1 red onion
I head of lettuce checked and washed
oregano
chile de Arbol Dried pepper
