Green Chilaquiles recipe
4 portions
12 corn tortillas
1lb of green tomatillo
2 jalapeño peppers (if you want spicy chilaquiles add more jalapeños)
2 garlic cloves
1/4 of onion
kosher salt to taste
1 tablespoon of parve consomme
1 cup of water in total
for garnish:
raw onions
sour cream
feta cheese
avocado
scramble eggs or sunny sideup
