Girl, I come from a mexican household and never learned how to cook. I am a 25 year old who just moved out and am loving my time in the kitchen because of you!!
Love all your recipes. My wife is Mexican and doesn't know how to cook anything. I cook all the time and now your recipes means she can eat some of her food she grew up on. I'll have to say that I now cook Mexican food better than her mom lol. So much that her mom is asking me for Mexican recipes.
Claudia, I love all your videos. And, I love your recipes. But, when you share tradition, you blow the lid off. So wonderful. So respectful. So insightful. Thank you so much. God bless grandma!
I am Italian with some Spaniard. Learn to cook many things from you. You make it simple. Especially since I am old and don't like to over complicate cooking.
Your instructions are so easy to follow!! You sound calm and not in a rush. Thanks for sharing your steps and recipe! I never thought to pour the blended chilies into a pan to reheat before pouring it into the pot.
So grateful for your recipes. My mom doesn't really cook and my ex suegra used to show me how to cook but she was deported years ago. This Mexican/Greek appreciates you ❤
MunecaFace, I see ur joy in ur expression And that smile makes me feel joy & I too miss my Abuelita .So this delicious Sopa de pasole,I will make with Pride when I make it NFL Sunday 4 49er week#6. Gracias For Sharing 🇲🇽🎉🎉🎉 God-bless, sincerely ~Lisa 😘🙋🏽♀️💕💞💕🖥💯💯
I love your new cooking tutorials but I really appreciated the way you use to show step by step in your old videos I learned so many techniques and also you use to say what brand of bouillon or spices and I would love to know which brands you use. Love all that you do!
It's definitely getting to be pozole weather, and pozole rojo is my favorite! I do admit to using canned hominy instead of dried, but oh man...! Thank you for sharing, Claudia ❤️
Girl I've Soaked Hominy 17 Different Times Trying To Make This Recipe But I Mess Around And Forget The Hominy For Like A Week And Then Start All Over Again!! Canned Hominy Comes Soft Already?! ❤
Made this, and let me tell you so good! I took some to my aunt and she said it taste like Mexico, best compliment. I took it as I’m in my senora era 💃🏾 thanks girl!
Another great demonstration. I can almost smell my Nana’s kitchen when she made this long ago. This has me energised to try making it myself. Thanks Claudia!
Thank for the recipe. My mom and sister made the posole with niztamal but I couldn't remember about how long to cook it before adding the meat so I've been using canned hominy. Now I'll try it w/o the canned stuff, there is a difference in taste😊
Posole is my #1 favorite Mexican dish, with al pastor a close second. But I never knew how to make it myself, so thank you a million for this great recipe! The secret is in the sauce. Yours (or rather your abuela's) looks perfect.
Hello, thank you so much. I jmade this tonight. I cannot wait to taste it. It is cooking as we speak! I’ve always made green pozole, this is my first time making the red Thank you for sharing this recipe❤
I’m from NM and grew up eating this for most holidays (Chile sauce on the side) and once I started following you I learned how to make it the right way….so amazing and my whole family is obsessed. Thank you!
What I like about your pozole is the embellishments. Every bite would have a different taste which would give you new perspective in the same bowl. Just tried your flour tostadas with ground beef and the experience was phenomenal. Thanks for sharing your personal recipes.
Hi !! Claudia Happy Friday .. I loveeee Pozole. I have made the red Pozole 3 times , green Pozole 3 times . My family love Pozole. I am going to make the green Pozole in November. The meats I use is chicken, beef, short ribs . I like use different meats . I make chips, tosdadas with the Pozole.. Claudia that looks delicious. Thank you for sharing the red Pozole. I will be making it next month. Have a great Weekend. God bless 🙌 🙏 good night 😴 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My first time ever making pozole... I followed this recipe and your video. It was so perfect!!! Thank you. Though I couldn't find neck bones so I used feather bones.
Hi Claudia! I like very much your presentations of kitchen. I want to learn with you to MasterChef. All my love and all my admiration for you from Mexico City 🙏 🇲🇽 💚 🇲🇽 💚 🇲🇽 🙏
Keep it simple. She is wonderful. Thank you for sharing this. (Easier to watch her than do it but I will try.😂) I need to purchase a good blender/food processor.
I love watching how other people make their pozole. I have, for the past 10 years, been cooking mine in a crock pot. I make a vegetarian one for my Wife on the stove though. Looking forward to your cookbook!
LOL Your Pozole Recipe video poped up from 5years ago, had to watch it😊 You & your channel has come so far! Love the things you make! Keep up the awesome work.
Great video, great recipe. Only thing I’d add is to boil the chiles longer and emphasize the importance to strain the chile sauce or blend COMPLETELY. Missing that one step can really impact the overall enjoyment of the dish. I’ll be picking chile flakes from my teeth for the rest of the night. 2:40
I can’t wait to try this one! It looks amazing. I recently made your instant pot carnitas as well as your salsa verde. So delicious. My family says it was better than any restaurant carnitas they had ever had.
Hi Claudia!! If we’re using precooked hominy, do you still recommend we put the hominy in with the meat while it cooks? Or should we put the hominy in towards the end after the meat is already cooked and tender? Also, how much salt did you add to your water and what kind of salt did you use? Regular salt, kosher? Does it matter? I just need a baseline amount of salt to start with that isn’t too much. I’d like to use as much as you did since you mentioned the salt was to your liking and didn’t require any more. Thank you so much! ♥️
Your vid disappeared for a day, glad you got it back up! Claudia do you prefer dried hominy over canned? I've never prepared dry before, was wondering if it's worth it. I usually use the jumbo can of Juanita's when I make pozole.
I know 😭 we missed a clip and didnt realized it until a few minutes after it was up, so we took it down to re edit and bu the time it got done it was a little late 😅 but it’s here now let me tell you for the hominy, canned is just less of a hassle and it’s perfect if you want it fast, the only difference is that the broth has more of an intense flavor the hominy tastes the same as the canned but it just has a more fresh taste ugh I’m horrible at describe but if you have the time and want a more fresh and intense flavor dried hominy is the way to go 😊
If we do decide to use canned hominy, at what time of the recipe should we incorporate it in, will it be at the same time as the hominy left soaking overnight?
Omg I've been watching you for so long this is the first time I seen you cooking with princess house!!! I tried pozole pork the other night at a party for the first time and now I need to learn how to make it because it's so good! I only know how to make chicken pozole red so thanks for the video
Awe thank you so much for sticking around 😊 as for princess house Really??? 😅 I been using it for a long time, that’s my mom’s favorite brand not mine so much but she has always gifted me some of their cookware 😊
Happy Friday my beautiful family, enjoy another super traditional recipe 😊❤

Sure did, the flavor is just so good
@@0924feli how spicy was it? On a scale 1-10 10 the hottest. 25 is a lot.
