About a year ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS.For several years, I had gained a lot of weight, felt tired, and had problems with anxiety. I had tried other diets but never managed to stick with them in the long term.After doing some research on PCOS, I came across an article about keto and found the motivation to give low carb a try. I actually started this keto diet since the first day of Ramadan. High in Fats, protein, Low Carbs as in no rice and sugar. Sinabay ko sa fasting. Maganda ang good fats such as Eggs, Cream, Cheese, Butter, Etc. Kasi nagiging source ko siya ng energy during work. Ang ganda niya sa katawan. Makikita mo yung pakiramdam mo parang ang gaan. Just try, walang mawawala. Don’t eat processed foods, Processed Juice, and iwas na sa mga Fastfoods. 😊 Yun lang po.
Lahat ba ng muslim sumusunod sa ramadan o may mga iba din na di sumusunod ex catholics bawal kumain ng pork pag simula ng ash wed pero karamihan di sumusunod.

The key to losing weight is eating less calorie than what your body needs. Isang malaking factor ay yun : 1. fasting 2.Normal food with less or no starchy carb 3. Avoid high calorie sugary foods of any kind. Yun lang tiyak bawas timbang ka. Sabayan mo ng exercise. Hindi yan sa diet o lifestyle. Just eat normal wholesome food with less calorie. That's it.
Ako 2 weeks ko pa lang sinimulan ang high protein less carb diet with intermittent fasting diet (2 meals per day). Sa two weeks na ito I went from size 33" to size 31". Edit: 5/29/19 Now I'm doing keto diet with IF by lowering my protein intake while increasing my fat intake. My carb intake is the same (low carb from veggies). Besides the fat from meat and fish, I get my fats from nuts such as almond, pecan walnuts, macadamia nuts, Brazilian nuts, etc. My other sources of fats are avocado, eggs, EVOO, and butter. Whenever possible I consume organics veggies, wild caught fish, grass-fed beef, and eggs are organic/pasture raised. I eliminated all processed grains, and sugary drinks.
Same set up we do... more protein less carbs Breakfast : whole grain oatmeal instead of rice + variance that more on protiene like tufo, meat etc. Concentrate more protiene type of food Lunch: 2 eggs + any type of fruit Dinner: watery type of fruits like watermelon, apple, or veges like cucumber or you can also do the peanut in the evening like almond or whole nut etc. Drink lots of water always. This one really effective to me. Try to used whole grain oatmeal 5mins to cook... cook like a rice style. Lastly do exercise like jogging, walking, muscle toning type of exercise while watching your favorite movies etc 😀🙂🤗

I start to eat at 10am,depends on u if what time u want,, My meal per day are different, I usually do this pattern, Morning -egg,meat,some veggies Afternoon - u can eat snacks Chicharon/Chicken skin/egg I also prepare my drinks during feasting,lemon water with chia seeds.. I am on intermittent fasting for 3 months already with a 16/8 window. If you are doing 16-8 wala ka ng breakfast. 12 pm na ang pinaka breakfast mo. Then yung dinner ko 8:00 pm na. 2 meals per day lang. wala ni kahit ano. Then tulog, pag kagising hintay ng lunch before mag breakfast. I lose 13KG by doing this

My diet is warm lemon and green tea 3x a day. No rice at all. Root crops, fruits, vegetables and tuna plus eggs and chicken. Work out daily for 30 minutes yoga and cardio for 15. I joined to zumba lesson too and will be a Zin soon. I stay away from consuming too much fats as its easy for me to gain weight rather decrease it. Alot of water is a must. 😊
Wrong! You can’t eat literally “fatty foods” it should be “GOOD FAT” where you could get from consuming vegetables and dairy products such as butter, cheese and heavy whil cream. I was 88 kg before i started keto diet plus intermittent fasting with 16/8 window. Intermittent fasting alone could be a big factor on losing weight plus keto diet of course. Kasi we have 2 types of fats unsaturated and saturated fats. So since keto diet should compose of 75% fat, kelangan hindi karin masyadong magconsume ng protein which come from meat kasi excess protein can be stores in your body as carbs and fats! So di ka makakabawas ng weight pag overconsuming ka sa protein. As much as possible cut mo na yung carbs completely then bawi ka sa good fats. Usually veggie salad kinakain ko tuwing lunch. Dressed with OLIVE OIL then may halong manok. Yung manok naliligo ng butter pag prinito tapos yung excess oil ilagay mo ulit sa green salad mo para oily! I’m on intermittent fasting for 3 months already so basically di ako kumakain ng breakfast. 16 hours walang kain then yung 8 hours kain mo lang pero make sure hindi masyadong ma carbs. To make it short, nabawasan ako ng 13 kilos! From 88 naging 75 kg nalang! And still cutting! From large to medium! I’m aiming for 70kg lang kasi medyo may katangkaran ako. 5’8. Congrats on your weight loss! Your diet is more like Atkins or Paleo (low carbs/high proteins). Keto is different, no carbs at all (not even fruits) some proteins but most importantly, high fat (from meat, avocado, fish, eggs, butter). It's effective, but not easy to stick to. I love carbs too much 😣

the main culprit are the carbs ( 3 whites - sugar , rice/pasta & starches ) , you can consume putok batok foods as long as you also consume good cholesterol to convert the bad cholesterol to good.
In short, hindi ko alam nabubuhay na pala ako sa keto diet for 2 yrs dahil mula ng lumabas ako ng pinas puro gulay at meat butter and cheese once or twice a day lang rice ko. Easy!

I tried Keto, but the thing is, masyado akong nauumay sa malalasang pagkain/ulam. To the point na lasa ko pa rin yung kinain ko nung last meal ko. Ang hirap kasi hinahanap hanap ko yung rice para sa pag balance ng lasa. Hindi rin ako into vegetables, as in pili lang. So it’s quite hard for me. I’m 78kg, and I’m planning on doing Intermittent Fasting very soon. Still finding a way to lose some weight.

Misconception na di pwede Keto sa high yung cholesterol. Good fat dapat ang source mo pag gusto mo magketo if high cholesterol ka. Kainin mo dapat is cheese, butter, avocado, egg and maraming gulay with a small about of meat na preferably hindi processed. Also, di pwede sibuyas and kamatis sa keto, iwasan ilagay sa omelet lalo na yung marami. Dapat konting konti lang.
Tomatoes are not good. It can alliviate inflammation. Di rin pwede yung mga french beans, sitaw, etc dahil sa inflammation. Hindi lahat ng klase ng oil ay dapat gamitin.
Me.... I am vegan and way way more healthy than before when I’m eating meat, dairy, poultry and fish. And don’t say I am iron and protein deficient...coz I am not.

It's not keto if it's really high in protein. Protein breaks down into sugar as well. Keto is high fat, moderate protein, high to moderate fiber and low to no carbs.

Try po ninio fasting 16-8 or 14-4-4 basta by 6pm naka dinner kana jan tapos 10 am ka kakain ng bfast, 2pm lunch at 6pm dinner kaya ang ganda niyan habang tulog ka nag fa fasting at nag he heal ang body mo for 14 hrs. For one week i've lost 5 pounds jan sa eating fasting.

Lahat ng fasting/diet ay nakakaapekto sa metabolism. Pag napansin ng katawan mo na kulang sa nutrients, nag a-adjust siya para mabigyan ng sapat na fuel ang ibang parte ng katawan na mas importante gaya ng utak, puso, etc. Isu-supress nito ang mga hindi critical na pangangailangan ng katawan gaya ng libido at menstrual cycle.

I am on intermittent fasting for 3 months already with a 16/8 window. If you are doing 16-8 wala ka ng breakfast. 12 pm na ang pinaka breakfast mo. Then yung dinner ko 8:00 pm na. 2 meals per day lang. wala ni kahit ano. Then tulog, pag kagising hintay ng lunch before mag breakfast. I lose 13KG by doing this

My diet is warm lemon and green tea 3x a day. No rice at all. Root crops, fruits, vegetables and tuna plus eggs and chicken.
Work out daily for 30 minutes yoga and cardio for 15. I joined to zumba lesson too and will be a Zin soon. I stay away from consuming too much fats as its easy for me to gain weight rather decrease it. Alot of water is a must. 😊

Wrong! You can’t eat literally “fatty foods” it should be “GOOD FAT” where you could get from consuming vegetables and dairy products such as butter, cheese and heavy whil cream. I was 88 kg before i started keto diet plus intermittent fasting with 16/8 window. Intermittent fasting alone could be a big factor on losing weight plus keto diet of course. Kasi we have 2 types of fats unsaturated and saturated fats. So since keto diet should compose of 75% fat, kelangan hindi karin masyadong magconsume ng protein which come from meat kasi excess protein can be stores in your body as carbs and fats! So di ka makakabawas ng weight pag overconsuming ka sa protein. As much as possible cut mo na yung carbs completely then bawi ka sa good fats. Usually veggie salad kinakain ko tuwing lunch. Dressed with OLIVE OIL then may halong manok. Yung manok naliligo ng butter pag prinito tapos yung excess oil ilagay mo ulit sa green salad mo para oily! I’m on intermittent fasting for 3 months already so basically di ako kumakain ng breakfast. 16 hours walang kain then yung 8 hours kain mo lang pero make sure hindi masyadong ma carbs. To make it short, nabawasan ako ng 13 kilos! From 88 naging 75 kg nalang! And still cutting! From large to medium! I’m aiming for 70kg lang kasi medyo may katangkaran ako. 5’8. So again sa mga mag i start, you should always remember that keto diet is a low carb diet! Iwas sa rice! Or wag mag consume ng rice at all! 10% carbs, 15% protein then 75% GOOD FAT! Goodluck sa lahat

Your diet is more like Atkins or Paleo (low carbs/high proteins). Keto is different, no carbs at all (not even fruits) some proteins but most importantly, high fat (from meat, avocado, fish, eggs, butter). It's effective, but not easy to stick to. I love carbs too much 😣

the main culprit are the carbs ( 3 whites - sugar , rice/pasta & starches ) , you can consume putok batok foods as long as you also consume good cholesterol to convert the bad cholesterol to good.
In short, hindi ko alam nabubuhay na pala ako sa keto diet for 2 yrs dahil mula ng lumabas ako ng pinas puro gulay at meat butter and cheese once or twice a day lang rice ko. Easy!
Ive been doing keto for few months. Pumayat nga ako though I tend to eat carbs now at night kasi medyo sobrang bilis ng pagpayat. Medyo sobra namang effective.

I tried Keto, but the thing is, masyado akong nauumay sa malalasang pagkain/ulam. To the point na lasa ko pa rin yung kinain ko nung last meal ko. Ang hirap kasi hinahanap hanap ko yung rice para sa pag balance ng lasa. Hindi rin ako into vegetables, as in pili lang. So it’s quite hard for me. I’m 78kg, and I’m planning on doing Intermittent Fasting very soon. Still finding a way to lose some weight.

Misconception na di pwede Keto sa high yung cholesterol. Good fat dapat ang source mo pag gusto mo magketo if high cholesterol ka. Tomatoes are not good. It can alliviate inflammation. Di rin pwede yung mga french beans, sitaw, etc dahil sa inflammation. Hindi lahat ng klase ng oil ay dapat gamitin.
