there was no super meat boy game from 2015, are you talking about the difference between flash meat boy from before 2010 or the main super meat boy game from 2010
There's an unlockable character for all of these. Classic Meat Boy/Bandage Girl/Dr Fetus for beating up the machine in under 8 seconds using one of the three. MeatSona for beating all of the worms flawlessly + 6 binkys Lil Meat for killing CHAD instantly after he throws the rocks and having 9 binkys. Mega Bandage for killing Dr fetus in the mini game and having 12 binkys! And F-Meat for bearing the mini game in under 55 seconds by driving backwards and having 15 binkys! (Bonus, Dr Fetus can be unlocked by beating the 4th chapter and having 31 binkys, making a NG+ required for him)
The gameplay of this game is average at best and where it not for the cloud of the previous game, then noone would have touched this game. Most of the game is just super try hard to be quirky and references to better games and things.

We get it the game glitches haha... do we really need to play all that crap instead of a fast animation like the first game? Super Meat Boy had unlockable characters to other games but in levels that clearly belonged to the Super Meat Boy. Not just ripped almost entirely from the source with gameplay that is completely detached. All in an attempt to fit in with these all stars. Original Super Meat Boy had no need for that because it was an all star game itself. This is not. It is just a very average runner with the skin of a popular game to distract from it. There is a reason Super Meat Boys creator didn't come back for this garbage. I would be kinder to it if it wouldn't taint the orignal so much.

If these are the warp zone levels, im gonna have to play the game just for these and that is it. Nothing else about this game is good beside the warp zones
the warp zones are honestly really fun, but i have to agree that im just not a fan of the autorunner aspect. i fucking love meatboy but this one just wasnt it
