I love the Way dr fetus is, he is evil enough to kidnap a child but good enough to give it a soda and an iPad, and lets not forget he tried to Calm the child Down.
His personality IS the definition of lawful evil.

Also in my personal own opinion I don’t like auto running games, the music doesn’t hit harder than what it did in the first.
Yes it is animated smoother than the original, but it feels far too easier than it should be.
I remember STRUGGLING on the first boss “Lil’ Slugger” mostly because I over shot my jumps and was not being as patient.
But Chipper Grove’s boss is too easy I’m sorry.

@@sharpnova2 you're pretty much alone with that opinion.. Yes the animation is nice, but its not 10/10 smooth gameplay. I've encountered more than a few bugs and things that could have been improved. The original super meat boy is a classic and it's not really fair to compare to though since it's so incredibly popular and perfect. And the same people who made super meat boy were not involved in this game. This game is too easy as well and very short.

He fell off a building at the end of that boss fight, then he came back at the end of the Dr. Fetus boss fight, where he "died" from getting crushed while trying to help Meat Boy and Bandage Girl escape. Then he dug his way out of his grave in the credits, and he got hit by a toilet immediately after. Should've been dead, right? Nope! He's back now!
The lore of this game is crazy and sad at the same time.
The cutscenes are so much more animated then the boss fights! (My opinion)

I am really disapointed with that game. It seems to be an good game, great visuals, great story, great levels. But who tf thought that oldschool fans of the original SMB would like an endless runner? It took away the entire essence of the original game. Meatboy always was about super difficult and tight platforming with pixel perfect percision. Now they take that away. Not that it would be a bad game but it just hasn't anything to do anymore with the original meatboy. It could have any other brand and characters just as well.
Well, I didn't expect anything different though. It is intended to be a mobile game and for casual players, unlike the original. Just sad to see which direction mobile games take since taking away depth and controll is not the right way. Don't understand me wrong, it is definitely not a bad game. But I would much rather prefere something like New Super Mario Bros that Super Mario Run.
The game is pretty good. It has tight platforming and very deep mechanics, To be perfectly honest i enjoyed it more than the first. The campaign any1 can beat but once u beat the final boss the real hardcore levels (around 7000 according to the site) starts. But i understand, when playing it i though to myself hardcore old school fans might be disappointed, as for me i prefer it like this, every1 can enjoyed it, the casuals and hardcore gamers.
That's kinda sad. There is mobile game that is just like the SMB, so I don't understand why SMB 2 is endless runner. That's not impossible to make a sequel for mobiles, but to make it like first game.
Just easier than the original game and i think its balanced
