how did u set this up cuzu my f1 2021 doesnt recognise the wheel even with the device manager from hori
Does yours turn off like the bottom LED (the profile LED) turn off after like 5 minutes and then you have to unplug and plug in the USB again
For me it stays on. You should probably send it back (if you can) and try and get a new one. This is quite unusual especially for a new unit.
I will try to help you by doing some research but i am a bit busy with school and homework.

It does work with F1 21. It is a really good setup especially for beginners in this game.

Does the pedals have carpet grippers on it so dosent slide on the carpet ?

Will the steering wheel still attach to the desk if I have the metal beams running round the sides underneath the desk?

I am not sure of the exact weight but i can easily pick up the wheel with one hand easily.
I've got that steering wheel too but I've got another cable for it and I cant play forza horizon 4 and I don't know if another cable has to be plugged into the pc with the steering wheel

Guys I’ve got a big probelm im playing forza and f1 on 180 evertjing works but I can’t make small movements to straighten up its of or on but on 270 I can make small movements but I have to turn the whole wheel and shifting and the pedals don’t work, can anyone help?
Do you have the newer version or the older version of the wheel? If you have the older version swap it from PSN-N to PSN-S mode. That will make the pedals and paddles work. And to make it the most realistic in your hands swap the sensitivity by pressing assign then options to change it. There will be another switch on the right hand side of the wheel which you can switch. On the first switch, put the sensitivity to blue or pink and after that switch the switch on the right hand side of the wheel over one again so it’s in the middle of the switch. You want that middle switch to be on pink sensitivity so you get a realistic feel with the wheel. I hope this helps bro

If youre on pc yes and some hand brakes that work with xbox but no shifter

Anyone having issues trying to get the settings smooth on F1 2021?
It does take a while to get it smooth. Have a play around with the settings in the Hori Device Manager.
@@techbyniyaz8539 I refunded it and got a G920. Too frustrating 🤣
if ur able to see this and still have he wheel then I'm here to help. you have to go into settings and put the steering linearity to 90 and it should do the job, hopefully u see this
@@OnlyElbo Nice! The G920 is definitely a better wheel than the Overdrive as it is more professional (in my opinion) and easier to set up! I hope you make great use of your setup

You see that little right arrow key on your keyboard? It does a magic trick where it skips 5 seconds into the future. Press it a bunch and you can get skip to the parts you actually wanna see. 😉
