I have a short video on my channel on how I modified the DFGT to fit a full size steering wheel :)
im using DFGT too, is there any tips on the setup you used in ETS2 and the software?
@@HanifKyo I physically modified the steering wheel and got the controller board out of the wheel itself into a separate unit, and soldered buttons from a custom panel that I built. This is as far as hardware goes, software wise unfortunately it's just the old LGS that supports the DFGT (as logitech didn't bother to include those drivers with newer software)

What do you guys rate my setup so far? I've just turned 18 so it's okay? 4:26 just so you guys know, I do have a 4th monitor above but I have not set it up. The 3 monitors are 144hz 1440p and the one at the top is 240hz 1440p :)

9:41 That racing wheel is either a Logitech driving force gt or driving force pro, I own one of them. They have mild force feedback and run on gear drives. Very old version of present Logitech steering wheels. Also a great cheap starter wheel. They didn’t add clutch to the pedals at the time. That’s how old this steering wheel is. The steering wheel is priced these days on Facebook for like 30 bucks so these are great force feedback starter wheels.
I only have a Logitech wheel, ebay handbrake, pedals, shifter and a plastic chair, and it's working (kinda) good
Hey goose, those buttons are actually for a flight sim as well also that joystick (flystick) is used for airbus flights, I hope that this information helped you.

8:13 pedals are above the ground level, instead of lowering the seat it raises the pedals to get more realistic position and high from a PC chair
9:39 Even the Logitech G27 series is 13 years old now. But i love it!
10:11 If you're a "real truck driver" (in ETS 2 ofc) like me, you need a shifter and a clutch! But its not a problem, i have a G27 and i use its H-shifter for 20 speeds. (i use only 7 speeds of 18 [5-7-9-11-15-17-19]) and i love it!

09:40 JBs wheel is an old Logitech Driving Force GT. Sold in the good old Gran Turismo 4 era.
Have one too. It's a nice wheel to start with.
4:53 is actually a g25 shifter, which shows just how worse the shifters from logitech have gotten. the g27 had all the buttons, but it did not have the sequential shifter knob, there is just a logitech logo where the switch would be, but atleast the g27 shifter has buttons compared to the driving force shifter, which abandoned all of the buttons and is only a shifter. logitech needs to make a "pro" version with all the buttons again. - a G27 owner, sadly.

2:14 almost same setup as me lol, there is like a circular tube inside the cardbord box that is connected to the wheel and to a mouse inside, u need to face it where the sensor is so it detects your steering wheel turning
As a carx drift player, I can't relate to any of these since I play on mobile. Sequencetial gearing(please tell me if I spelled that wrong), sen. Throttle, steering wheel and handbrake that's all in game. I can say it's all pretty except for the dirty one's. I can say it's fine to drift with a pedal and wheel.

I have the smallest budget. My pc is Lenovo Legion, the chair is bed, the keyboard is Lenovo Legion, No steering wheel and the mouse is bloody a90.
The best thing to by with 5000 dollars is a t300 setup, 4 monitors, and goose merchandise.

Logitech pedals/shifter works with fanatec base because i created on arduino adapters to usb for them
