Fun and effective. I use light weights for zones 2 and/or 3. It helps when I can't move faster or jump. I may have been up to zone 4 or 5 a few times!!
I don’t know if it’s just where my mind is lately, but although the workout seemed good and something that I was looking forward to, the music really turned me off and halfway through I turned the workout off. I know you like to mix up different kinds of music, but that particular one really does not appeal to me. I’m hoping to have other workout similar to today’s which was fantastic.
Yeah that second song (first after the warm up) was weird, annoying and screechy. But the music changed after the first circuit. Was a great workout especially the end.
I love these workouts with the 40-30-20. I can really push on the 20 seconds and the 40 is recovery! Thank you Amy!!

Always a fun workout... Although I think the break between exercise is too long and so i just jump around in-between
I like adding ankle weights to these workouts
missed the lower body workout on that one
