I love cardio day and I always enjoy moves that build in intensity as well as doing agility work. You know I love to shuffle lol, so that made the workout extra good for me! 😅 I think the bonus would've been a pop back to burpee and I would've loved it! I added on the cardio quick hiit and it ended with one, so it was a perfect finisher! 😍

This no-repeat, all-standing, bodyweight workout delivers heart-pumping cardio through descending conditioning intervals, higher-intensity agility, and full-body power exercises. It also works in different heart rate zones to increase energy and decrease stress levels! Both high- and low-impact options are provided.
Great workout, as always 😊💪 ❤ It went by so fast! My guess for the bonus move is a burpee. There wasn't a lot of up and down, and a burpee would have added up and down movement. Burpees aren't my favorite, but Amy is my favorite trainer. So if she puts them in a workout, I'll do them. And use my workout words 😉

Ha- this is the one workout where I felt I needed and wanted a 30 sec bonus move.
Was the bonus move lunge sprints?! I love how those make my legs wobble for DAYYYYSSSS after 😝
This was PERFECT when staying at hotel on work trip and I didn’t want to get down on nasty floor 😅

I used my lightest weights for some of this to add a little challenge
