This format was fun! I definitely wouldn't be able to manage the "turn it up"/high intensity version for longer periods, I definitely needed the break and the lower intensity portions to catch my breath, especially in the second half!

I use a fitbit. I exercised 31 minutes, but my watch said i earned 50 zone minutes! I guess my heart rate was up enough that it gave me more "zone minutes?" Thanks Amy!!!
I was really sore from a weights workout two days ago, and almost gave up part way through, but I just dialed the intensity back a little and was able to finish!
My love to hate cardio continues 😂!! I almost skipped this in lieu of doing something with weights but told myself I can always stop after 5min and switch workouts if I have to. I pushed through...reluctantly 😅! It's because I know bodyweight is hard for me 😊

I felt everything in this workout!!! The slower conditioning round was great movement that got me prepared for the awesome "Turn It Up" round and I loved putting the moves together first for conditioning again and then turn it up POWER!!! Terrific cardio format!!!!! Thumbs up all the way!!! 👍👍👍👍👍😁
Enjoyed this workout. Left nice and sweaty. The options for lower impact also help to keep me feeling motivated and not like I’m being left behind if I can’t necessarily do the high impact option.

This was great, continuous cardio with no downtime would never work for me. With the lower to higher it makes it doable. Thanks Amy!
