    Funny how they always say we can't be carnivores, because we can't get vit. C from cooked liver or meats, because vit. C can't stand heat, but now we have to cook our meat and magically it won't destroy nutrients at all😂.

      @@mynew859 Exactly. I'm 90% of protein, fat now. When you eat plenty of carbs your body becomes tired of that and you need vitamins for that. And specific group of people can easily put on weight eating mostly carbs. Me and my mom for instance. I remember l went vegan and was doing pasta and my mom came to the kitchen and said " it's not for our bodies type to eat that" and she was completely correct. also, cooking being considered "pre-digesting" is such a mook explanation. when you digest, you're extracting nutrients. when you cook something with high heat nutrients are being destroyed. obviously cooking changes the makeup and is beneficial for people eating vegetables (where eating them raw would make you sick or kill you), or things like egg whites, but cooking is definitely not "pre-digesting" and is mostly a cope for horrible food quality.

    • @prussiansocietyofamerica
      @prussiansocietyofamerica Рік тому +21

      Not forgetting that they entirely hi-jacked people's common sense, because they are conditioned to believe that food (namely, raw meat) sitting in the guts digesting (to extract the full nutrients) was actually "rotting", and yet they are conditioned to think that vegetables rushing through your system are sign of a very active and properly working digestive system, while in fact the body is trying to expel them from the toxicity and cellulose!

    I think braising and stewing food actually does make most nutrients about as bioavailable as possible in cooked meat (since they are "pulled out" into the broth) but the heat still destroys much of the amino acids and nutrients through denaturation. All I know is I felt a literal high when I decided to eat raw uncured bacon and a raw egg yolk making breakfast one day, almost as if my stomach was thanking me for giving it actual food. I'm thinking of making carpaccio and tartare more often now.

      @walterkronkite4262 Рік тому

      Many reasons, but they’re not necessarily “bad” compared to junk food but are still useless. Especially if you don’t cook them (which negates the point of eating them anyways) they have anti-nutrients, toxins and pesticides. Plus they’re indigestible (literally what fibre is) plants and vegetables don’t wanna be eaten. Just eat fruit if you want something like a mango or coconut.

      Certain plants have certain compounds that can be good for you based on why you would take them... eat bad food and you take a plant to help you throw up or pass it faster an out the other side. Some kill/remove worms/parasites... you get massive and bigger poop from it which is rough on the body.
