As someone who has been to the ER for a little help in the poo area I do not ever want to go through that again. (Cancer medication issues it happens 🤷♀️🤦♀️💩) But on the other hand. I love raw steak. Its absolutely yummy. But I don't live on it. And I love me some raw veg to go with it. I noticed mr liver king didn't chow down on any raw chicken? Been doing carnivore for over 2 months now. Doing a 90 day challenge. I started weighing @ 217 lbs and I am 191 lbs at the moment. One thing I didn't expect from this diet is how less frequently I go poop. I am pooping about once every 3 days and the amount is significantly less than when I was eating "normal". I barely have to wipe lol. For me there is no constipation and from what I gather from reading carnivore forums, it's pretty much how it is on this diet. Apparently the body absorbs the vast majority of the nutrients from meat with little waste. I know it sounds ridiculous and counter to what we are taught about mainstream medicine and nutrition but it's true. Only real way for someone to believe it is to try it for themselves. If I read my comment 3 months ago I would have said I was full of shit. Truth is, I'm not that full of shit. Hence why I only poop once every 3 days lol.
So true! The body absorbs almost all meat and just get rid of the waist. That’s why’s you don’t poop that much on the Carnivore diet as you do on the “standard” diet that has a lot of waist in it. And the gut has it own movement. You don’t need fiber for it to work. I love the carnivore diet. ❤

It's crazy how an actual doctor can say this when I have had hemmeroids for years from constpation but once I went on carnivore all my digestive problems disappeared. All I'm saying is people don't know as much as they think they know.

Been 2 months since then and still pooping great. Also down from 233 originally to 177 and have a tremendous amount of energy. Not to mention before the diet I was sure I would need at least one knee replacement by the end of the year and now all of my joint pain is gone. Your body wants to repair itself but if you don’t give it the correct building blocks such as collagen or cartilage in your diet good luck. We are not made out of pasta, sugar, bread, or vegetables. Eat more meat.

And besides that, if you eat too much fat it will also give you diarrhoea. Eat too little fat and you can get constipated ye, but fibre is not necessary at all for bowel movements, it's a complete myth and fibre actually causes constipation and digestion issues for alot of people and for all if consumed in excess... It will also make you fart loads.
To each his own. My diet consists of meat, chicken, fruit, vegetables, high fiber foods (beans of all kinds, lentils, hummus), and I drink plenty of water. I don't take laxatives, stool softeners, Senocot, Metamucil, or any of that stuff. I try to eat 3 to 5 servings daily. I have no problems having an elimination. I am a 75 year old woman.

Yeah, did not work for me. Absolutely in pain with cramps. The more animal fat I add, the more cramps I got. After the stupid awful western diets like keto and carnivore, I understood the meaning of soul food. This doctor is an idiot. Protein and fat is absorbed more than carbs and vegetables. Resulting is smaller bowel movements, there's a lot less waste. It's the reason why. I've been on the carnivore diet and certainly don't even feel like I have to strain myself at all with bowel movements, they're smoother and easier. Gut health actually improves on diets like this and fruits and vegetables don't really seem to be neccessary. But I'm no expert, I've just been doing this for a long time and have only seen personal improvements from it.

I have I.B.S., and was vegetarian for more than a decade. I was forced to do low carb keto but whenever I do my healthy green veggies carb refeed day get bouts of stomach discomfort. Went carnivore and I was fine. I get constipation occasionally but it turned out I get it when I eat emmental cheese. Cheddar and cream cheese is fine. Eating fatty cuts of meat, lots of water with alternate day fast, my bowel movements are regular and even on the soft side specially if they are raw or medium rare or slow cooked.😊

I've been on carnivore almost 2 weeks now and am down from 190 to 170, and haven't had any issues in that department. My muscles are feeling great with recovery time, I'm getting more sleep and have not had cravings for anything sweet. Not sure how long I'll do this for, but as of now, I don't plan on stopping.
@purinpat I've never done Atkins myself, but carnivore is practically no carbs or sugar. Strictly animal product. Meat and dairy. Lots of salt, keep electrolytes up. I weigh 165 today.

I think carnivore diet might be more strict (as in not even vegetables and only raw meat). I have heard that raw meat have more enzymes than cooked meat, so it probably help with digestions too. It was a documentary for sure but I cannot find it based on the few details I can recall. But I do remember them saying that based on the bone analysis they could assert that raw meat was predominant in the diet and that effected the health of those early humans (they figured the liver was the most attacked organ), bone analysis that could not be identified in later species of humans and the archaeologists presumed that greens were added to the diet to balance everything. I will continue to search for that documentary and let you know if i find it.

There’s probably a sweet spot somewhere in the middle. WebMD advises against the carnivore diet but then they also tell you to consume seed oils in place of animal fats so clearly they don’t know what they’re talking about

Yes I agree! I’m also full carnivore and my poops are smaller and less frequent. It’s because we’re digesting all the nutrients when not consuming any carbs. I gain muscle mass with ease also.
Lucky. I’ve been doing carnivore for a month now. First week, was the runs, but after that I have almost never pooped. It’s hard to lose weight when everything you eat stays in you.

I've been carnivore for months and have no problem with needing fiber. All my digestive upset when I was on a mainly vegetable diet is completely gone.
That because your body is using its stored/excessive fat and turning it into fibre and this process will stop around 6/8 months and you will physically struggle but still live

@Savior ate fruit for breakfast almost everyday. Mostly bananas and papaya. Even took a fiber supplement. It got slightly better with the supplement. Besides the constipation I felt great. Never felt better physically,I was weight lifting and boxing. I felt really quick and had good endurance. Just couldn’t shit very easily but it didn’t cause me stomach aches or any discomfort.
I spent two weeks on this diet and never once missed a #2…however, my timing did change from morning to late afternoon…I also lost all my inflammation and bloating, my skin cleared up and I lost 23lbs…maybe not a long term solution but I guarantee you his PEDs help process some of that!
@@ourhome8038 Just eat fatty steak as rare as you can. Can be eaten raw no problem but if you're worried about bacteria, it's on the outside of the steak. You'll start to cook it rarer and rarer as time goes on. It's nicer that way. You'll need nearly a kilo of steak and some eggs most days. Almost a year on carnivore now and never felt better. Will never change back to a standard diet. Everything is better, especially mental health. People are reversing diabetes with this also.

I actually experience constipation more often from certain fruits,vegetables and grains. I’ve also experienced it a bit with meat but if that happens I’ll just eat some extra fat. Either from fattier cuts of meat or butter.
You can poop just fine without eating vegetables… the issue is when you have a large amount of gluten-infused carbohydrates, which required a certain level of fiber to help pass the carbs through the gut. There was definitely an adaptive phase for me; stool was pretty loose for like the first 4 days of going pure carnivore as well as if I ever take a significant break from it and jump back into it.

Look at human teeth, we are not evolved to be obligate carnivores, we are omnivores. Sure, meat has its place but likely the earliest ancestors of humans who ate significant amounts of meat or organs ate cooked or fermented meat. People now have problems with tooth crowding, small underdeveloped jaws, small chins due to generations of high carb processed food diets, low Vitamin D, diets low in animal proteins and healthy animal fats. Why are kitchen pantries ‘required’? To store all those unhealthy food products that consume over 90% of square footage in grocery stores, and 100% in those corner stores, often found predominantly in poorer neighbourhoods. Look in people’s shopping carts as they line up. Almost no meat in the cart, but lots of processed food products. Yet they often look the opposite of lean. These areas in poorer neighbourhoods are healthy food deserts. No meat available in those stores except maybe some very processed meat-like products … like bologna.

I did carnivore diet for 4 months last year, I stayed hydrated ate from head to tail and I had no problem using the toilet. I would need to use the toilet every 4-7 days. Physically and mentally during that time was the best I ever felt. My alopecia improved and my rosacea was gone by month 3.
Doctor youn should look up Dr. Shawn Baker. Cardiovascular doctor who recommends the diet. Check out his page and you might change your perspective but for me , I know that grains and sugar has destroyed my gut health.
I think it’s a case by case basis. I’m on the toilet a lot more straining and I’ve even had impaction because of fibrous foods. When doing carnivore I can go sooo much easier 🤷♀️ not sure why this it but it helps me 😊

First 3 months I lose 45 lbs fat and my weights in the gym barely, just barely went down. My sleep is phenomenal now, way deeper restful sleep, I can honestly sleep an hour less and feel better that before carnivore. My skin, nails, hair have improved considerably. I have constant high energy all day. No highs or lows. I never have bloat. I don’t wake up at night to use bathroom anymore. My testosterone went up almost 200 points. My blood pressure is damn near perfect. My eye sight improved. My erections improved. I never got diarrhea. Only bad thing I have to say is money for this diet and your body will give off a bad odor. Other than that I can work a 10 hour day, spend 2.5 hours at the gym, do housework after and still not feel like going to bed day after day.

Cheese is not what carnivores eat. They never have and never will. Liver King is a joke, but the carnivore diet is real. I had multiple chronic health issues, and the carnivore diet saved my life. If you look at hunter-gatherer tribes whose diets consist of eating nose-to-tail, they are thriving. We've forgotten where we come from and what worked.
I eat zero fiber, I go to the bathroom once a day, and it goes out pretty easily. In comparison to the horrible days of eating fibers. I’m sure you studied that fibers are indigestible, i.e. they just clog your intestines in the way out, they don’t help you poop, they just makes you poop more and spend more time on your toilet and more visits to your proctologist. In the past, I had hemorrhoids flare every year, but for years now, since I stopped eating vegetables, I didn’t get it once. Modern medicine is just a fad to sell pharmaceutical products.

One thing I didn't expect from this diet is how less frequently I go poop. I am pooping about once every 3 days and the amount is significantly less than when I was eating "normal". I barely have to wipe lol. For me there is no constipation and from what I gather from reading carnivore forums, it's pretty much how it is on this diet. Apparently the body absorbs the vast majority of the nutrients from meat with little waste. I know it sounds ridiculous and counter to what we are taught about mainstream medicine and nutrition but it's true. Only real way for someone to believe it is to try it for themselves. If I read my comment 3 months ago I would have said I was full of shit. Truth is, I'm not that full of shit. Hence why I only poop once every 3 days lol.

Been 2 months since then and still pooping great. Also down from 233 originally to 177 and have a tremendous amount of energy. Not to mention before the diet I was sure I would need at least one knee replacement by the end of the year and now all of my joint pain is gone. Your body wants to repair itself but if you don’t give it the correct building blocks such as collagen or cartilage in your diet good luck. We are not made out of pasta, sugar, bread, or vegetables. Eat more meat.

And besides that, if you eat too much fat it will also give you diarrhoea. Eat too little fat and you can get constipated ye, but fibre is not necessary at all for bowel movements, it's a complete myth and fibre actually causes constipation and digestion issues for alot of people and for all if consumed in excess... It will also make you fart loads.

I don't take laxatives, stool softeners, Senocot, Metamucil, or any of that stuff. I try to eat 3 to 5 servings daily. I have no problems having an elimination. I am a 75 year old woman.

This doctor is an idiot. Protein and fat is absorbed more than carbs and vegetables. Resulting is smaller bowel movements, there's a lot less waste. It's the reason why. I've been on the carnivore diet and certainly don't even feel like I have to strain myself at all with bowel movements, they're smoother and easier. I stopped having problems with my digestion when I removed veggies. As a matter of fact, veggies are the ones that tend to produce giant turds in some individuals. This doctor is full of shit.
Gut health actually improves on diets like this and fruits and vegetables don't really seem to be neccessary. But I'm no expert, I've just been doing this for a long time and have only seen personal improvements from it.

I have I.B.S., and was vegetarian for more than a decade. I was forced to do low carb keto but whenever I do my healthy green veggies carb refeed day get bouts of stomach discomfort. Went carnivore and I was fine. I get constipation occasionally but it turned out I get it when I eat emmental cheese. Cheddar and cream cheese is fine. Eating fatty cuts of meat, lots of water with alternate day fast, my bowel movements are regular and even on the soft side specially if they are raw or medium rare or slow cooked.😊

I've been on carnivore almost 2 weeks now and am down from 190 to 170, and haven't had any issues in that department. My muscles are feeling great with recovery time, I'm getting more sleep and have not had cravings for anything sweet. Not sure how long I'll do this for, but as of now, I don't plan on stopping.

It was a documentary for sure but I cannot find it based on the few details I can recall. But I do remember them saying that based on the bone analysis they could assert that raw meat was predominant in the diet and that effected the health of those early humans (they figured the liver was the most attacked organ), bone analysis that could not be identified in later species of humans and the archaeologists presumed that greens were added to the diet to balance everything. I will continue to search for that documentary and let you know if i find it.

Besides the constipation I felt great. Never felt better physically,I was weight lifting and boxing. I felt really quick and had good endurance.
Just couldn’t shit very easily but it didn’t cause me stomach aches or any discomfort.
I spent two weeks on this diet and never once missed a #2…however, my timing did change from morning to late afternoon…I also lost all my inflammation and bloating, my skin cleared up and I lost 23lbs…maybe not a long term solution but I guarantee you his PEDs help process some of that!

@@ourhome8038 Just eat fatty steak as rare as you can. Can be eaten raw no problem but if you're worried about bacteria, it's on the outside of the steak. You'll start to cook it rarer and rarer as time goes on. It's nicer that way. You'll need nearly a kilo of steak and some eggs most days. Almost a year on carnivore now and never felt better. Will never change back to a standard diet. Everything is better, especially mental health. People are reversing diabetes with this also.

I actually experience constipation more often from certain fruits,vegetables and grains. I’ve also experienced it a bit with meat but if that happens I’ll just eat some extra fat. Either from fattier cuts of meat or butter.

You can poop just fine without eating vegetables… the issue is when you have a large amount of gluten-infused carbohydrates, which required a certain level of fiber to help pass the carbs through the gut.
There was definitely an adaptive phase for me; stool was pretty loose for like the first 4 days of going pure carnivore as well as if I ever take a significant break from it and jump back into it.

I mean, disregarding the liver king as a person, ive never once had a poor bowel movement on carnivore. But, you also dont have nearly as much waste from meats as you do plants. Ive never heard of making a wood chipper run smoother by throwing a bunch of steel cable in it.

How many animals can you name that eat a balanced, varied diet?
Look at human teeth, we are not evolved to be obligate carnivores, we are omnivores. Sure, meat has its place but likely the earliest ancestors of humans who ate significant amounts of meat or organs ate cooked or fermented meat. Best diet is one with plenty of minimally processed veggies, fruit and some grains (whole grain).

People now have problems with tooth crowding, small underdeveloped jaws, small chins due to generations of high carb processed food diets, low Vitamin D, diets low in animal proteins and healthy animal fats.
Why are kitchen pantries ‘required’?
To store all those unhealthy food products that consume over 90% of square footage in grocery stores, and 100% in those corner stores, often found predominantly in poorer neighbourhoods.
Look in people’s shopping carts as they line up. Almost no meat in the cart, but lots of processed food products.
Yet they often look the opposite of lean.
These areas in poorer neighbourhoods are healthy food deserts.
No meat available in those stores except maybe some very processed meat-like products … like bologna.
@@marlenegold280 That’s actually all due to cooking and cutting out food into small pieces. In reality, over crowing is due to not eating enough large STARCHY, HIGH FIBER plant foods. Our ancestors who had the largest, most healthy and strongest teeth ate TONS of hard, fibrous and starchy roots and vegetables. Don’t speak up until you’re educated correctly.
Meat is actually fully digested before it even gets to your large intestine and the body absorbs almost all of whats broken down which is basically fat and protein... 2 things our body breaks down with ease

I did carnivore diet for 4 months last year, I stayed hydrated ate from head to tail and I had no problem using the toilet.
I would need to use the toilet every 4-7 days.
Physically and mentally during that time was the best I ever felt.
My alopecia improved and my rosacea was gone by month 3.
Doctors don't care about health,only want us to be sick to keep their paycheck full

I have no issues pooping... fiber is only necessary when consuming fructose.
I think it’s a case by case basis. I’m on the toilet a lot more straining and I’ve even had impaction because of fibrous foods. When doing carnivore I can go sooo much easier 🤷♀️ not sure why this it but it helps me 😊

Fiber literally rots in your guts because it's undigestible. All that food on the table is easily digested and absorbed by his body. If he ate what vegans do, he'd be taking dumps 3+ times a day.

1. Fiber is indigestible to ALL species including herbivores, that’s the point. That’s why it cleans you out and helps with bowel movements. That doesn’t matter. It’s the digestible parts of plants that we need: the vitamins, the minerals, the healthy fats.
2. You’re literally SUPPOSED to be going to the bathroom 3 times a day at least. That’s what helps you to avoid gettting rectal/ intestinal cancer where acidic substances (animal products) are festering and rotting your intestines and colon. 🤦♀️

I’m so glad I went carnivore, there’s honestly so many benefits I have, it’s be too much to list them all. I’m carnivore forever now.

First 3 months I lose 45 lbs fat and my weights in the gym barely, just barely went down. My sleep is phenomenal now, way deeper restful sleep, I can honestly sleep an hour less and feel better that before carnivore. My skin, nails, hair have improved considerably. I have constant high energy all day. No highs or lows. I never have bloat. I don’t wake up at night to use bathroom anymore. My testosterone went up almost 200 points. My blood pressure is damn near perfect. My eye sight improved. My erections improved. I never got diarrhea. Only bad thing I have to say is money for this diet and your body will give off a bad odor. Other than that I can work a 10 hour day, spend 2.5 hours at the gym, do housework after and still not feel like going to bed day after day.
It's a misconception that you need vegetables to poop lol. I've been on the carnivore diet for about 8 months and never had a problem pooping lol

Cheese is not what carnivores eat. They never have and never will. Dairy is not what a lion eats and I hate to break to you but humans have full herbivorous anatomy and animal products are the cause of inflammation and every top killing disease amongst humans. Animal agriculture is also the top 3 cause of climate change because of the gasses the billions of farmed animals release through their poop before they are continuously slaughtered. It’s also a huge drain of resources like water and land because of the amount of PLANTS all of those animals have to consume.

Liver King is a joke, but the carnivore diet is real. I had multiple chronic health issues, and the carnivore diet saved my life. If you look at hunter-gatherer tribes whose diets consist of eating nose-to-tail, they are thriving. We've forgotten where we come from and what worked.
I have completely removed fibre and have no issues at all. Just need to eat plenty of fat.

I eat zero fiber, I go to the bathroom once a day, and it goes out pretty easily. In comparison to the horrible days of eating fibers. I’m sure you studied that fibers are indigestible, i.e. they just clog your intestines in the way out, they don’t help you poop, they just makes you poop more and spend more time on your toilet and more visits to your proctologist. In the past, I had hemorrhoids flare every year, but for years now, since I stopped eating vegetables, I didn’t get it once. Modern medicine is just a fad to sell pharmaceutical products.
