The hemi has a tight ring gap stock. You don't need pistons you just need to ring it and gap the rings for boost. They damage pistons with boost because the ring gap takes them out. Then you can push them real hard. This is also a steel bottom end 6.1 not a cast 5.7 or 6.4....

I know they love to achieve the smallest amount of power for the largest amount of dollar input on this channel.. but this is the coup de gras. Then they have the audacity to brag that the turbos are worth 1100 horsepower.. but you're using them to a fraction of their potential , so what does it matter what they are worth. No one on Earth would go to that expenditure to use four PSI.... It's not even an effective commercial for their products, like we understand your program is. This vid caught my attention, we've actually been building the exact same year with the 6.1 and is running close to the same numbers as 392s with basic bolt ons..(accept for headers). Although, they are next and am thinking that I will go with kooks longtubes for the win. Have done some weight reduction though and shaved off almost 100 lbs by changing rims to 17s, together with MT street SS and improved its x, s. Also replaced the heavyass stock exhaust and am running 3" with open chamber racing bullets & isn't much to them. It also just has a 91 octane CAI canned tune by diablosport, and is pretty darn quick for naturally aspirated n stock guts. Also got a Braille racing battery and is around 50 lbs less than stock, so l'm thinking that its close to around 3850 lbs total and feel so much better. The 08-10 SRTs are 4140 and the newer ones are about 4300-4400 with the 6 piston brembos etc, instead of 4 like mine

How long have you been running that setup? I want to boost mine but it really seems like everyone's grenading their shit with anything more than like 5lbs...

MMX makes a kit where you can bolt on a Hellcat super charger. You can find HC SC for cheap considering how often their stolen The bottom end will handle 12 pounds no problem The pcm will be the most expensive part of the kit
everyone wants a sleeper. underpowered car turned into a powerful car. just look at the v6 owners. some of them see a v6 doing 400+ hp on a dyno and think there is hope. hope for what? you bought the damn thing. live with it. you want a better engine get a better engine. they dont know about what goes into beefing up an engine. new fuel injectors, new lifters, new rods, new cam new rear diff, the rear diff on most v6's put power to 1 wheel. racing a beefed up engine you need to replace the axel, brakes, joints, i am no mechanic but i do know to buy the right car the first time.
This is also from 2010 so they’ve made some advances on the engine and engine management software. I’m guessing that owner probably ditched that challenger for a hellcat long ago!

Did you mean they are copper core plugs? A colder heat range? There are such things as solid core spark plug wires, but that is irrelevant to this setup.

You have to put different piston rings in if you want to run a lot of boost because they will grenade the engine if you don’t.

Dump those mufflers, after turbos? Resonators will suffice more than needed. Probably still quieter than stock with aftermarket exhaust.
How does it keep crud and Debree out of the turbo intake being under the car? even if it has a filter it would get beat up by rocks and stuff , no?

@@othmanaltunaib7079 Stock internals, Diablosport PCM etc. Gas mileage has increase a little bit. My MDS is still active, so that helps.
