Just a small corection. Increasing the voltage won't mean it uses less power, it will decrease the amperage through the wires etc, however, an amperage decrease is different than a decrease in power.
Power = Current multiplied by Resistance squared (current is directly proportional to voltage.) What a fantastic video and effort as usual.....wow so much delicious eleactonic equipment on the market....i hope santa comes this year with a much higher budget....... thank you Martin for an amazing and so well edited video...i could listen to you talk forever you r such an authority and of course RC addict :)))).
Everytime i see an rc airshow.. my first thought is.. what if we bring some people in the old days who were working on flying aircraft to this events.. I seriously wanna see how they would react.. Apart from making it fly, we achieved acrobatics and wireless control and ability to transfer live feed camera view..
its funny bc iffezheim is only 15km from me and i go there every year with my dad and i absolutely love it. Well the funny part is I saw you filming and I thougt to myself "mhh I think hes making a video for the organizers" well here I am seeing the thumbnail on my yt for you page. Really nice video
you are a little confuse about servos power consumption my friend, less amps and more voltage does not necessary mean less power consumption, means just less amperage, but same watts. BTW love your channel, keep going.
I have never seen or heard of a heli with reverse action tail. That will not work man. Do not spread bs please. This is the era of ignorance unfortunately.
Hi great content form yourself who is mainly a plane guy (planker) , shame you did not cover Tron helis but I guess you can't cover everything at the show.
Personally i hot-glue al my jr connectors, just a little line of hotglue along the connectors where they are plugged in. But these molex connectors seem like a good solution too.
As someone who owns and has flown 600 size helicopters, I can't say I agree with the use of netting to protect the spectators from injury should one of those suffer a malfunction or pilot error. Granted the only ones I saw in the video seem to be the 450-500 size, they would still pack quite a punch should they hit somebody. 600+'s are lethal.
@@MartinPickering-PickeringRCYeah I guess those would be okay with just the netting. Small enough they would just wrap up in it hopefully (as I saw in the video).
The Lizard 2100 UL at the beginning is unfortunately not making any progress. I've seen it one year ago I think and it looked absolutely the same. Maybe the creator is looking for a sponsor.
Hi, I'm the creator. You are totally wrong! Did you mix up something? The project wasn't really public since Rotor Live this year! The whole Heli isn't even completely ready and wasn't at all short bevor Rotor Live this year! By the way I paid it all by myself without a sponsor. Just my friend supported me with a lot of help and some little things. It won't take long until It is completely ready to fly. If you don't want to miss it you can subscribe to this channel.
Best 2024 RL heli content on YT. Same went for 2023. Thank you MP!
The best Rotor Live video I've seen comes from a plane guy. Thanks Martin. This was great.
LoL, thanks 🤣
@@MartinPickering-PickeringRC no está mal teniendo en cuenta que tu mujer no vende algunos productos está bien hablar un poco de todo.

Man some of those model helis are so cool
Thanks for promoting our SHV system, really good job! It was a real pleasure to meet you Martin, see you at Prowing 😎
Great job Martin!! Thanks for covering all the new and cool heli gear!!
Very nice summing up of the RL 2024. I like that you are introducing the helis from competing producers in a very neutral, unbiased way. Thanks a lot!
Great video! Does any one know Where I can we find more info on the giant one in the opening scenes?
Thank you for in depth report from the event. 👍🏻😊 I think i speak for all of us who couldn’t make it , you brought us the event to our screens.
Thanks for the coverage MP! Just amazing passion of love models.
This is so good to watch, be it any tour.

Great video Martin, I did not know there was so many types. I still think I keep the small ones 😅
Noise reduction from the blades, I want more blade noise (and less motor noise)..blade noise makes the heli awesome

Looked to be a great show good review.

Thank you for this video.
great vid, thanks for posting
Awesome video!
I'm a scale guy so the aerobatic heli isn't my thing but damn are they ever good pilots! Respect where it's due!
Is it a video of a flight yet on the big green banshee type?
Tail rotor on small helis doesn't reverse, left yaw is driven by the main rotor.

Miniature Aircraft products weren’t featured.
Was Align there?
Given that my SAB RAW Piuma has the rotor speed set at 1100rpm, it's quite possible for a 1000rpm rotor speed.
On the M1 / M2 and F280, the tail rotor turns in one direction only.

Hpefully it gets tagged because im waiting to see it fly that is a giant 3d heli
👊😎👍Top.!!
power consumption is meter in watts not amps
