Doing a calorie deficit to get in the best shape of my life. Hard but these videos help a lot, both me and my girl appreciate them.

I’ve been using the Instant Vortex 5.7QT Air Fryer, Custom Program Options, 4-in-1 Functions for 3 years now and it’s been fantastic. It’s 140 which is a bit pricey but I was able to get it for 79.99 and it seems to be on sale often. Easy to clean. It also has low heat settings less than 200 which comes in handy when you are making nachos or reheating food. It’s also highly rated on Amazon 4.7.
Did the McChicken last night, pretty easy to put together, tasty, and didn't dry out at all. I saved the other two patties for the weekend so hopefully they reheat well.
I went to culinary school and when my woman said she wanted an air fryer I was like "that terms a gimmick and BS etc" we do have a convection oven so i was like nahh.. but then watching a lot of videos on air fryers and really comparing it in a different mindset of a microwave that can brown it clicked. 2 min preheat vs 15 mins, leas electricity, i was an instant convert and admit I was dead wrong. I have a gormia 8qt and got a multi rack aftermarket tray and my air fryer has a dehydrate function... Ive made the common chicken wings in 20 mins. A solid amount of beef jerky with the racks, roasted potatoes.. I was a sleptic 100% and to be honest if I ONLY used it to reheat french fries from fast food it would be worth it. We took Burger King fries and "freshened" em up for 5 mins in the air fryer and OMG. Soggy McDonald's fries, hit em in the air fryer for 4 mins after the preheat and bam We have begone meal prepping and I mainly use it for roasted veggies/potatoes and what a treat.. for ehat it's worth i was actually browsing Walmart and saw the gormoa on sale
On the ninja creami video you show adding 30g of protein powder to the Oreos cookies and cream put in the recipe download you provided the recipe says 16 g???
I don't understand the chalupa recipe. 2lbs of raw boneless skinless chicken breast is 980 calories by itself, which split into 2 chalupas means each one has to be a minimum of 490 calories of chicken alone. If I assume the whole recipe is supposed to make 4, I still come out to about 400 calories per chalupa, though I have to guess on the cheese because the amounts aren't listed. Could you clarify? ETA: the recipe from the website is different. It doesn't list the amount of chicken, has different ingredients, and uses a different cooking method (instant pot).

For the chicken tenders and the chicken patty, would it be too much to use quest protein chips for breading instead? I’m not sure how it would turn out and if it would be crispy or not.
Yo I love the videos and this one is special because I love my air fryer. In the furure you should try and produce a physical book. not just air fried stuff but all favourite recepies. and not just 6 but like a cookbook. But still an amazing video and a great book

I have not read the pdf as it is not easily accessible in the description and he does not break down the calories in the video, however looking at the the portion size on the screen ( or in the video at 1:20 ) 1 pita bread is around 120-150 calories x2 the amount of chicken there looks to be minimum 150 calories which would be 240 + 150 = 390 calories MINIMUM. That's not including the oil which he sprays on that is around (lets say a tablespoon) 120 calories. Add all that and you already have 510kcal NOT including the cheese and sauce he also added. I would love to see how that exact portion size is broken down in this 'pdf' you are referring to and I would love to see if the portion size directly equates to the portion that he shows on the screen :)

Do typically remove the tendons from your chicken tenders? I usually do butt it Adds a bunch of prep time and lends to smaller pieces of meat. Just curious what others do.
