@@dansmith9724 That would be excellent. I'm looking forward to seeing how far my coach can take me. I never had a coach, but I see how important it can be having someone that can assess my weaknesses and make corrections.
Thank you Bill The Nationals are coming up in a couple months and I have registered to compete there and hopefully return to the World Championships in October. What about you Bill ? How's your training coming along and when will you be competing ?
@@fitman046e His Stephen, I'm hopefully going to compete at our nationals in June (injuries permitting), and then we'll see about Worlds, that depends on a number of factors beyond my control. My biggest goal for the year is to try and squat 200kg by the end of the year
@@billwestwater3098 Squating 200kg would be an excellent weight for our age and weight division. I'm hoping that I get a chance to return to the Worlds this year. Last year I knew that I was still a year away from being competitive, plus when I got there I was dealing with an injury. I'm hoping things work out for the both of us, it would be good to see you again my friend.
@@fitman046e Yes, it would be great to go to World's again, Competition for a place is much stiffer for me this year. Like you, if I go again I'd like to be a bit more competitive. We shall see. Good luck Stephen!☺
Hey Tom, Recovering from a sinus infection that has sapped my strength. Not sure when the next video will post. I have the Nationals coming up May 17 in Austin Texas. I may post one before that event. How are you sir ?
You did a great job!! I'm happy for you that you met your goal!
Thank you Cindy. Now it's time to set a new goal. lol
Best wishes to you my friend on your great progress
Thank you sir.
Way to go brother, inspiring!
Thank you sir.
Looking real good Steve
Thank you Fred. I think hiring the coach will pay dividends.
Good job baby! ❤
Thank you baby.
Good stuff mate, well done. Outlifting most of the young whipper-snappers 😉👍
Thank you sir. Hopefully with now having a coach I'll continue to see improvement. Best wishes with your training.
@fitman046e I think if your coach keeps putting those sneaky wt increases on your lifts, you will be squatting 500lb in no time 🤣👍

Things going really great there Stephen. Nice lifting!! What are your comp plans for this year?
