No wonder the Saxons are terrified of the Nordic screams lol
You know....It's not the arms or body that scares me
*but those ankles*
Hulk
Hit the sniff before the lift lol
Why he grab his ears like dat in the beginning 😂
He didn't he was stretching
There is a pressure point in the ears right there that hurt like hell to get squeezed, just hyping him up
He’s gotta do it in competition for it to count. It’s ridiculously harder in competition, vs at your leisure in your own gym
Amongst all that shouting the "come on Thor' actually blends in nicely with the music😂 🎶
I've always loved his blatant disregard for his shins. That had to hurt like hell on the way up but he just took the cut like it didn't even happen.
Spürt man nicht
Too bad Eddie is going to beat his ass like he stole something 😂.
To bad u 🧢
Eddie's recent sparring video shows how bad he is. I'm not a fan of either btw
@@djhh83 still better than Hafthor.
@@rgsouth843 is Thor that bad, cause I haven't see him boxing?

Me packing everything inside the locker on the last day:
The weight looks tiny compared to him
Подумать только все его кости и их соединения способны выдержать нагрузку более полутонны ,как на сжатие так и на растяжение 😮
bro looked like he had a few more reps in him
He's just doing it to get back at Eddie. Very poor sportsmanship indeed. Accused him of cheating and never apologising.
@Liam Braithwaite nah, Thor did it unofficially at his own gym.
@Liam Braithwaite on the viking press?
@Liam Braithwaite thor did 11 legal reps. eddie did 15. ref said he gave 3 out of 4 illegal reps to thor cuz the ref said thor was confused. watch the breakdown vid by the referees
Nice very powerful dude but was all that screaming necessary ? 😂
I think we can all be blown away to the fact, that in our lifetime, we have witnessed humans lift tremendous amounts of weight. What a time to be alive!
Eddie Hall: lift 500KG and almost die
Hafthor: Lift 501KG and walk away
Eddie lifted for 9 secs or more
Hafthor was like 2 secs okay done
But Eddie locked and held it for a solid 5 seconds longer 😂😂
eddie held it up for longer. Hafthor dropped it after pulling it
because it wasn't 501kg
@@tikcu5173 he clearly didn’t drop it
Eddie gonna put him to sleep

Nope lol

It’s not a world record unless it’s done properly, not at home with your dad as a judge
this was done well enough to make me believe it was legit. but it has to be in competition to be a record
@Loch F just stating facts. It’s still an unofficial world record. You can’t claim a world record under those conditions.
I’m more about purity and tagging a video as a world record is not helping the sport. If I ran 100m in 8 seconds in my back yard, is it a world record? Should make my name be put up there above Bolt? No, it shouldn’t.
Both Thor and Eddie are amazing athletes and have given their lives towards a sport that should be in the Olympics. For this to be taken seriously, it has to take itself seriously first.
It is though, if you look up highest deadlift you'll see this exact record certified.
Especially by 1 kilo
@@ricstarb6715 he did it with stricter rules than eddie lmao. It was a sanctionned veent with an official sitting right infront of him, dont know what you guys want mlee
I can only imagine what his food bill must look like every day 🤣 LOL 😆 JUST LIKE HIM, HUGE!!!
At the apex of his lift, blud looked at the judge like, "just try and say I failed this lift"

dont spread lies, the weight was weighed in front of the judge magnus ver magnusson. You're just being salty and pathetic get over it
@@TF-mn1wo I refer you to Brian Shaw
@@RoseSecurity_ so brian stayed the night with thors dad and watched him weigh these plates? 🤣🤣 let's say you're right (which you aren't) but let's pretend you are and thors dad weighed these plates in the garage the night before and brian watched lol...so fkn what?? haha they were still weighed in front of a judge and they were all calibrated to the exact weight, see how stupid you sound? get over it and stop whinging, it's already recorded as official because it is official and you won't change that stop being a sook
@@TF-mn1wo hey man, what do I know? I'm just pretty sure that Olympians train to break world records when they go to the Olympics, not their home gym.
@@RoseSecurity_ you know before thors record there has been soooooo many strength records broken out of comp right? besides if usain bolt attempted a world record in his backyard but it was part of an officially sanctioned event with an official ref then yeah it would be official, location has absolutely nothing to do with it whether its in a stadium or on a boat doesnt matter. its just that eddie threw a tantrum over this one because it was his record and now so are his fans, quite pathetic really.
Didn’t he do this in his own gym and without an official judge present? Or so I hear!!
There was an official judge, just shouldn’t have counted based on it being at his home.
@@staccato6352 How would that make it not count? I’m not super knowledgeable about this, so I’m genuinely curious why you believe it shouldn’t count. If as you say, there was an official judge, and they did their due diligence with regards to verifying the weights and bar. Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see why it wouldn’t count.
@@christianwelker7751 it should be done at a competition
@@harivignesh6876 ah okay
@@christianwelker7751 doing it at your own house is a much different vibe than an actual competition. Not the same imo
He done it in his home gym, not in a competition. In a competition is harder, Eddie beat the record in a competition environment.
Thor needs to lift 501 in a competition for it to be considered true and fair!
I appreciate
Dude built like video game character maxed out lol
No officials no weight checker and in his home gym during covid. And all of a sudden he can do it at his home gym but not in a competition 🤔
Magnus Ver Magnusson was present for the lift.
What are these comments ?
Those were calibrated weights with huge sponsors in the back .
The only reason this isn’t a official is because he did it at his gym during covid instead of a event like Eddie.
The man deadlifted over 1,050 lbs in comp with a elephant bar , please don’t be a child
Wrong, there was an official, calibrated weights and checked in front of the official, sponsors and all. This was official, regardless of the location. Difference is there weren’t other competitors or fans. Besides, Thor was preparing for this before covid, so when it hit, he and his team decided to just continue with preparations instead of waiting for his pandemic to end, and who know when that’ll be
"why does the dealift looks so small it looks like 250kg to me☠️😭"
Competition plates. They are very dense and small for their weight. Almost like having solid steel cylinders on either side. Look how much the bar was bending, that is a lot of weight.
Also he is 6'9 and 400lbs so anything normal looks small next to him.
Holy cow @@alecmillea4539
This is still my favourite deadlift video
At that time he was the strongest guy ever to walk on earth
Will never consider this an official record. Eddie hall is the real record holder, any record in a home gym isn’t a record

It was during corona at heart of pandemic when all competitions and sports were shut down.. It was going to be in competition but was cancelled so he brought the people who do the do the world records to his gym. With all plates weighted and calibrated. It was a true WR lift. It was going up that day at comp or at the crib he was gonna break it. Look at the fucking monster lol
Nah dude is a beast for sure. I just refuse to recognize it as a record and I have that right every one else has there opinion that was mine
@@therealchubbz8405 no biggie I just think if he was in comp that day or not he would've gotten the record regardless thats all I'm saying
His Name Is Half Thor But He Looks Like Full Thanos 🙌
As incredibly impressive as that is, it was a 1kg difference. Eddie could have done that, 505, probably up too 510 if he had wanted too, but 500 was a good benchmark number. Thor is just being petty at this point. I can’t wait to see him get his shit rocked
Too bad Eddie lost. I think it's BS that boxing rings are as small as they are. Make them at least twice as big because if they did that Thor would've fallen on his azz when Eddie hit him that one time that caused Thor to fly back and if the ropes weren't there his AZZ WOULD'VE HIT THE FLOOR!
As much as I respect and love Eddie, he bled from his eyes at this weight. Eddie won 2017.....the mountain won this one
