    Over the summer I lost ten pounds! Back in school I didn’t even get pe, but over the summer I did a bunch of trips to water parks and zoos. I was so happy when earlier my doctor told me I’m doing good with my weight!

    What I do is do weight lifting 2-4 times a week and do cardio for 1-2 times a week, I can show y'all my weekly workout plan here if y'all want, you can modify it for your own needs and abilities.
    EDIT (2): I posted my "diet" under the replies for anyone who wants to see it.
    EDIT (1): *MY WEEKLY WORKOUT PLAN:*
    _(with stretches, and you'll see it says middle splits because that's one of my goals to achieve, but you don't have to include that)_
    *ʚMONDAY*
    - 10 min ab workout
    - Upper body focused stretch
    - Middle split stretch
    *ʚTUESDAY*
    - 10 min ab workout
    - 10 min leg workout (weight)
    - Full body stretch
    - Middle split stretch

    - Cardio (I dance for about 20-30 min)
    - Full body stretch

      I just started my weight loss journey yesterday on August 1st. My muscles are wayyyy to sore to work out today, so imma just control on my food for today and maybe even tomorrow, since I can barely walk down the stairs lol 😭

    Just wanted to say, nothing in this video itself is wrong, it’s an amazing video and I can see the effort you put in! Enjoyed watching it! But here are a few tips (partly from one of my fav fitness UA-camrs @Growingannanas:
    Don’t do diets all the time, instead change your lifestyle, of course you don’t have to stop eating the foods you love entirely, or overwork yourself, find a balance and allow yourself to rest if needed. Not everything works for everyone! Find what works for you!
    Don’t stop eating! Only because she said you should eat specific portions of food, doesn’t mean you’d not have to eat! Provide your body with the food it needs, don’t just skip meals. If you do it in the right way, for example intermittent fasting, that’s fine! Your body will probably adjust with time, but don’t just stop eating!!
    Do this because you LOVE your body not because you hate it. Change your mindset and try to stay as motivated as possible. Surround yourself with the people that support you & your journey and have patience. It takes time!

    REMEMBER! corn syrup is terrible for you absolutely terrible, but its okay to eat it sometimes, once in a while treat yourself ! I recommend getting no corn syrup candies tho, its just as good !

    remember guys, definetely try to keep a balance in all of your meals, proteins carbs fibre etc. but it IS okay to eat unhealthy foods every now and then, as long as its in MODERATION and you are keeping the balance in ur meals. if u have strong cravings for chocolate, js go for it, but dont eat so much of it. supressing the cravings will make it harder for u to lessen ur sugar intake and therefore youll come to a point where u binge eat.

    I can gain weight just as easily as I can lose it IF I try hard enough. One time I lost 2 kg in ONE DAY after doing a youtube workout for 30 minutes. IT WASN'T EVEN THAT HIGH INTENSITY EITHER I'M SO CONFUSED????

    You don't gain weight from one product, you gain weight from excess calories, e.g. a banana has 116 kcal, but it contains vitamins (potassium, fiber and other vitamins), natural sugars contained in fruit, i.e. fructose and a large amount of water, but if you eat, for example, 15 of them, you will have 1740 kcal, but the consumer (human) will not be able to eat this amount of a given product
