    Nice video. ❤ Is this also called Chandrabhyas?
    Is it more effective than inhale left -> exhale right (Chandra bhedi pranayam)?

      Yes, it is called chandra abhyas too . Both practices are effective
      Chandra Anuloma Viloma is great for cooling down.
      Chandra Bhedana Pranayama also calms and cools, but also clears the right nostril (Pingala Nadi) linked to heating energy. great practice if you have a blocked nostril.
