quest design may not be the greatest all the time but ive never been so immersed by how quests work, they almost always come to you, or you stumble across them, most have multiple routes through them or ways to complete them or take you on a journey to somewhere new. some decide the fate of entire villages, or take you to a place thats wildly different out of nowhere.
This is a Japanese game, people can’t expect it to operate like a Ubisoft game, with fast travel, a map full of markers, and total hand-holding like you’re stupid… and that’s partly why I love it!
Yeah personally i’m stoked that it’s very similar, but with improved graphics and a few gameplay tweaks. I have a PC that’s a real bruiser so no problem with graphics for me.
I bought the game blind not knowing that they haven't revamped the fast travel bit. that is one of the reasons why i skipped the first game. I get it, some people likes to walk instead, but it wont take the fun if capcom improved fast travel. lazy bums with less time like us can use that, and others can still walk. its a win win! not sure why they made this old school decision. Staying in an inn is very expensive. like wtf. has it always been like this? most rpgs lets you sleep for free just like ff7 rebirth. or atleast charge me for 300. 2,000? really? Overall. Putting those two aside, this is a very addicting game. despite the negatives, im still having fun.
I recommend anybody annoyed by drama and hate-trains, just unfollow/hide any UA-camr who is obviously engaging in click-bait / rage-bait / blowing things out of proportion for subs. Any time i see *yet another* video about Starfield (after half a year? Are we still flogging that dead horse?) .. or an overly dramatic video about this game.. I just remove them completely from my feed. And now, only good reviewers are left. If you really want to know what one of those jerks thinks about something, all you have to do is search their name.
that opening was so lazy and cliched. and so is the preceding review that unfairly paints the game as archaic and backwards, but the game is unique and doesn't do what's expected. It's a game that does its own thing quietly innovates. it does its own thing.

It's fun goofy and you can pop the disk in with absolutely no internet connection on PS5 and actually play the game in its entirety..Don't want to buy extras? Then don't. It's not brain surgery. This game is amazing

Fair score to it, didn't really expand enough and given the graphics quality doesn't explain the awful perf.
