Of course, I couldn't just tell the students to go their breakout room, I had to sing "breakout" every time we used them. After a couple of weeks, one student finally asked why I kept doing that. Needless to say, I made them watch the video. They didn't love the song, but they had a blast being distracted from their actual work.🤣 And I couldn't have been happier:)
Another great step and strength workout! Love the 3 minute intervals. It makes it go by so fast. Those leg walks with the bands were kind of brutal though! But I felt great afterwards.

Your step + strength classes always exceed expectations. Bands were a fun variation. You did moves in this class you don't even do in step clsases (over the bench). Abs at the end = full body awesomeness!

I love these workouts. When I was a cardio queen I used to count them as my strength training….until I was schooled by cdorner fitness! Listen to her ladies and gents. Since starting her workout plans 4-5 months ago, my husband points out all these changes he’s seen (my arms and apparently my booty lifted) and I gladly let him because I earned that ****❤❤❤❤ ❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you Chris
I love the step and strength with a little choreo. The step routine is not so complicated that I forget it between rounds, but it's builds enough that I have to think each time we get back to it and add on. Plus, only 45 minutes for a bunch of cardio and a bunch of strength. Wonderful!
This workout was INCREDIBLE!! I have seen so much improvement in my ability to follow along and challenge myself by doing these workouts. I also love that moderations are always shown in case you cant so that exact move! It makes me feel like im still doing the workout and not being lazy if i cant do it exactly the same!!!
Oh my goodness!!!! I have never used resistance bands before! I got mine out and wow, just wow, felt so great to use them! I absolutely LOVE step w/ resistance bands! LOL to the “Step Police” bc I’d have life in prison by now. 😂
