I needed this vid so badly. I've been stuck on the same 3 boring tracks forever now and have nearly completed all of the license requirements out of boredom hoping that something else would open up.
I've never played a gran turismo game I use to play need for speed shift shift 2 unleashed and pro-street. So I have track racing experience. But as I've been playing GT7 for about 17 hours nearly every day I've had it. I've been enjoying it though the rally racing feels alittle arcade-ish and sort of like Dirt rally 2.0 but more lose and kind of frustrating.
Just bought PS5 for GT7. New monitor IPS screen. headset SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7. The game blew me away, kicks Forza Ars. I enjoy Forza, Wheel is next big desicion, under 5 hundy or over 5 hundy. I drove so much better in GT7 then I did in Forza after months of trying,
Online time trials are easily my most hated thing about gt7 i suck at them and find the times to be completely unrealistic for the car and tyres they give you. Its a one lap race to set a best time and you get comfort or sports tyres what the hells that about?
I want to platinum this game. I already have all the Gold licenses (probably the hardest trophy) but now I wonder what's the quickest way to grind the distance trophies and how to get a lot of credits fast and easy. Any advice?
I'm really into getting a sim rig and gt7. However, I overwhelmed by all the different wheel options available. I'd like a more high end wheel but they don't seem to be compatible with ps5. What would you suggest? What wheel do you use.? Thanks.
Lets just hope you don't want an Escudo. I bought the game 5 months ago because I wanted to drive it again, and it hasn't been in the legendary car dealership since July.

Coming from GT3 through to GT Sport, the café menu system is a bit frustrating but an excellent way for complete newcomers to get into the franchise. The roulette system is rigged, so best not to focus on that; otherwise, I'm enjoying my exploration. The single-player offering is not as good as the old system that I remember in GT3: A-Spec, but I'm only 15 hours into the game. The journey continues…
I just got the PSVR2 and it literally changed my entire perception on Racing Sims. I’m getting a wheel tomorrow and I’m a grind it out for some hot rods babyyyy

I havent gamed in a decade or more. Always a huge race car gamer. Just recently got a ps5. Probably about to buy this game but im also hesitant. I just don't understand why they can't make a game that is simple. Have all the tracks and cars. All i wanna do is be able to choose the car and track and race they way i want to. Still have multi player, online races rooms, if they wanna add career mode that's fine too. I paid for the game i should easily be able to play the game to its full potential the way I want to. They could still add extras to make there side money for people to buy specials.. im simple i like to just race my own lap times with different cars. Maybe tune here or there. Thats all i want. But this looks complicated to even get to that.
I played a friend's version of GT 20+ years ago and I never forgot it. Last weekend I downloaded GT7 and have started learning about IRL racing too. I'm picking up a used racing wheel tomorrow. I will be checking out your chammel quite a bit. I love learning about this stuff. I need to unlock more so I can do some endurance races!

You can also customize your helmet and flame suit. It’s really cool. You can also make logos if you don’t see the ones you like. There are the racing ones and I’ve downloaded lots. There are the gun logos if you like, computer logos, music ones like Fender, Ibenez, Rickenbacker. Just about any logo you can think of, slap it on your ride. Thanks Kirith! Nice ride. I need help. It may sound daft this, but as a new GT player, I’m trying to progress with the cafe books but I seem to be stuck on the Japan high speed ring. My accumulated cars are not at the correct level to compete. I’ve upgraded my Aqua that is now better than the recommended car in the cafe book - BUT the opposition cars are streets ahead of me in terms of speed. Can anybody help?
I picked up GT7, I don’t really play it, I don’t have online, I really just wanna jump in a cool car and race every once in awhile, but for now I have like 5 crappy cars that are boring to drive. Can you not just race? How about the new WRC coming? Will I be disappointed?
Thanks- this helped me get back on track in the game when I only had one of the Americas tracks unlocked and couldn't figure out how to progress any further. Lo and behold- there was a new book in the cafe I wasn't aware of. The game progression is weird but worth it. Now I also have the "missions".

Nice one Kireth, I thought that I might also point out that you only need do the 1st race of the music menu as that is not immediately obvious. That is at least it wasn't for me, I continued until I had gold on all of them prior to starting the game, what a dummy 😜. Next time that you do an info. post please include a small section for getting better picture quality on your phone for live broadcasts as a lot of people of an age will not know that. I was told personally by you on a livestream possibly 16mths ago now and the amount of people that I have gladly shared that info with is well over 10 and I have a very limited sphere of contact, just a thought 🤔 Like deployed 👍

I love the livelry editor and scapes the most and spend alot of time creating stuff, I've played gt since childhood I loved gt4 I missed gtsport on ps4 thought it was shit so when i saw my mate playing gt7 on his ps5 and 50 inch 4k I was like wow and looks like gt is back on form! I love racing and collecting cars but I don't think it's controversial to say you love spending time taking photos :)
In all honesty i wish i had'nt bough the game when it came out last year as now it would be worth starting from scratch.if it was'nt for aily races i probably would of stopped playing ages ago as its kind of boring now .
I literally bought a PS5 & gt7 just for scapes, I do car photography semi-professionally (started out as a hobby with virtual photography using Forza & ended up getting a paid gig lately so I wanted to step up the game & use GT7)
I’d say the thing to note for the beginners is that Gran Turismo 7 is the least rewarding of the series. I’m a returning player to GT7, haven’t touched it in a while and my main focus and challenge in racing games always lie in online modes and it’s just very, well, unrewarding. I’m a below average player so if you’re new or kinda like me where you played Gran Turismo series for a while but still generally a casual player, it might not be too much fun. I’m kinda stuck in C league ( which is appropriate considering my pace and skills ) and it’s a bunch of assholes driving fastest per track cars, ramming and getting no repercussions for it. And compared to previous GT Sport there’s not much incentive in doing daily runs either - you’ll just get shitty lottery ticket from which you’ll get 5000 credits while that nice group 3 car will just be featured on the screen

Just play the 50 sport races and you can get 3 trophies with it. (2 for distances with online players and 1 for the 50 sport races)

Gt7 is very easy, in 2 month i had the platinum.
How did you grind the most time-consuming trophies? What's the quickest way to earn credits?

Hi , finding my back after playing WZ on PC for the last year. Why did I leave....... Great vid, need more vids like this to help me get back in the driving seat. Any advice would be great , I'm thinking of buying a rig, im on controller atm thinking g29, again any advice would be great.
