    I think this video was very good though the music was too loud and much of the first 3 minutes could have been cut.

    Would you advise against doing a sideways bending...standing erect, feet apart then bend from side to side. And also, same position and twist the upper part of the body to 45 degrees, more or less.

      Lillian Brugone I often use UA-cam's closed captioning, activated by clicking the 3 dots in the upper right.

      that's not the point -- it's the video producer/director's responsibility to NOT make the background music too loud! and they failed in this case, which Lillian pointed out

    Dr Vegher, please ditch the music...it's in the way. It adds nothing, and distracts a lot.
    Yes, I know I can turn the volume off and put the captions on, but that means reading the captions and not being able to concentrate on your demonstrations.
