I hate that the highway taxes, passed to fund the Interstate system, can be used for mass transit. The pandemic showed that mass transit is a threat to all urban dwellers since it spreads deadly diseases easily.

NYC's problemo...
I don't think building casino is the answer. No one wants to travel to casinos these days with so many online gambling options. But we can build slot machines inside subway stations and subway cars, and the winning pays in the form of subway rides, a win win for all.
