    Thank you, I am 65 and have Osteoporosis. I am looking for ways to slow the progression of the disease and I enjoyed this workout! Thank you!

      May I ask what are your scores? I have the same age and my Doc prescribed medicine that I´m trying to avoid?

    I have learned so much from you Andi!! I loved circuit this AM! Miss you in strength on Tuesday and Thursday but Stephanie is doing a great job!! Great video!!!

    I was told by my Dr. and PT "Not to JUMP" or jolt my spine, no hops, no plopping down in a chair . . . I think I will listen to them

      You may have more serious osteoporosis. No need to comment if this isn’t for you. Not for everyone

    Nice workout. I'd suggest being especially careful not to round the upper back as you hinge forward. The instructor is demonstrating this correctly, but in my experience, many beginning exercisers tend to flex (round) the upper spine, esp. with moves like this (forward hinge with weights). This puts a lot of pressure on vertebrae in the thoracic vertebrae, but not in a healthy, strengthening way. Could even lead to fractures.

    I couldn’t go at that pace probably when I was in my 50s. I’m 68 now and wondering are these fast paced movements really healthy for seniors. At one point, did you say pick up the pace?
    Can anyone direct me me to the beginner classes for the elderly

      Just do a search. This was great for me. I am 71. But I started with other exercises
