I have learned so much from you Andi!! I loved circuit this AM! Miss you in strength on Tuesday and Thursday but Stephanie is doing a great job!! Great video!!!
Nice workout. I'd suggest being especially careful not to round the upper back as you hinge forward. The instructor is demonstrating this correctly, but in my experience, many beginning exercisers tend to flex (round) the upper spine, esp. with moves like this (forward hinge with weights). This puts a lot of pressure on vertebrae in the thoracic vertebrae, but not in a healthy, strengthening way. Could even lead to fractures.
I couldn’t go at that pace probably when I was in my 50s. I’m 68 now and wondering are these fast paced movements really healthy for seniors. At one point, did you say pick up the pace? Can anyone direct me me to the beginner classes for the elderly
I would love to see someone actually with osteoporosis do an exercise programme
Really grateful for exercises that are safe for ostopenia/osteoporosis. Thank you! This one's a keeper!
Thank you, I am 65 and have Osteoporosis. I am looking for ways to slow the progression of the disease and I enjoyed this workout! Thank you!
May I ask what are your scores? I have the same age and my Doc prescribed medicine that I´m trying to avoid?
First time I saw your video for osteoporosis. Glad to find you. Thanks from Greece.
Thank you so much!!!❤ Greetings from Brigitte, Dominican Republic
Thank you that lesson was great having a bit of everything!
. Easy to understand, nice music, enjoyed this very much. Very encouraging that start off easy.
Great to hear!
Love your dog in background 😀. This was way too easy for me so I’d like a longer and more intense weight workout. Thanks

Thank you for the support!! We are glad you loved it.
Thank you for your video. Just what I need to do. 👍
I was told by my Dr. and PT "Not to JUMP" or jolt my spine, no hops, no plopping down in a chair . . . I think I will listen to them
I heard stomping is good though
It builds bones@@muddlasvegas
Just not jarring
You may have more serious osteoporosis. No need to comment if this isn’t for you. Not for everyone
❤thank you Andy !
Very good instructor. The music is too loud and distracting though.
And I certainly love to workout with You . Instructions are simple and precise. Thank You! 🌹🌹
Glad you like them!
Much needed
Thanks

Great workout Andi! This was the reason I started my silver sneaker journey 2 years ago my doctor was not happy with my bone destiny test. Hi Molly!
