I had this exact same problem when I did mine. It turned out that when I removed the fuel lines, to remove the tank, I had dislodged slightly the connection hose on the right hand fuel injector. Not enough to leak fuel but enough that the system gradually lost pressure and then cut out like yours. If you take the holding clip off, pull the fuel injector hose off, check the o ring and then push it back on so it definitely seats. Put the clip back on and then try restarting. Good luck.
I know this is old video and but may help someone else later. When you lift your tank on these boxers threse's pretty high chance you accindentally lift right hand side throttle cable from it's seat on throttlebody end and it can cause this issue too after replacing pump and filter.
Not yet, I’m down to something electrical or the valves needing adjustment. So got a Hall effect sensor coming as that’s a common electrical fault than can cause these symptoms according to some forums.

Thank you very much, that turned out to be it, just disconnect the injector hose and connect it again, thank you very much again

I’ve not had that yet but I’ll keep an eye out. Thanks for the tip.
Were you able to figure out what it was? Fuel pump or Hall effect sensor?
It was the Hall effect sensor in the end. Not a terrible job to replace just a little expensive as I went for the Bosch version.
Can you provide the link to where the fuel pump kit can be ordered from?
It was an eBay purchase, that link is no longer active. Sorry
Fuel Presure Regulator ?
It turned out to be the Hall effect sensor!
Did you remove the gauze filter on the fuel pump just by twisting it by hand or how? Im expecting to do this quite soon.
I just tore it off by hand since it was already damaged and it was being replaced.
Have you determined the cause of it not running yet?

Trying checking for dirty injectors
I’ve got them off the bike now for cleaning
try throttle body synchronization
Yep, I gave that a go and found my one of my manifolds had some cracking. So a new one of those is on its way
