That’s three hours of shooting for me. I plow through about 1000 an hour when I go shooting and absolutely love it. $100-$120 for a ton of practice and fun on the G44.
Mine is not ammo sensitive at all. No branded subs ran, don't own a silencer. I've ran a huge variety of 22lr ammo, the only ammo mine does not eject so far, is CCI 21gr Solid Copper. They are probably high velocity in a rifle, but not in my Glock 44. I put another 325rds down range today. Had a failed primer, reloaded it, and it went bang. That's 3 ammo related failures in 3625rds... Zero gun malfunctions. That is great reliability for both the ammo, and the gun. The G44 is becoming one of my favorites to shoot. Enjoy!
I can't speak for the G44 but the Walther P22 MAY be ammo sensitive because it was designed specifically around the CCI high velocity rounds. Best thing to use is whatever the manufacturer recommends in the owner's manual.
Would be nice to show a closeup of all of the ammo used in this test so we can see exact brand, grain, etc.

G44 has an issue with bullet nose dipping low in the magazine. When this happen all bullets will fail
