Hello. I have several small dark scars. Does scar massage help reduce the look of the scar? Thank you

I pricked my thumb almost 2 months ago on broken glass and it randomly started hurting 2 weeks ago, super painful like I'm getting pricked again. An ultrasound I did today found no foreign objects so the doc advised me to do massages as it may be scar tissue. It's hurting SO MUCH though ughhhh.
    Thank you for this video.

I wish u could see mine knife cut all the way to my nerve between webspace and the scar doesn’t let me extent my thumb. The webspace scar is so weird and hypersensitive

He has to do this for the rest of his life. It is a fibrotic tissue. It doesn’t break as he describes.
