Thanks for watching! We plan to, but it may be a ways out as we want to make sure everything is accurate when completing the tests and we will need to do this in a different space. -Jason
Thanks for watching! We actually came up with the disassembly concept recently and it seems everyone is enjoying it quite a bit. That said, I think we will go back and take apart the Heritage line. As always, we're here to help/give the people what they want! -Jason
Hey! Thanks for video. Now I choose between SVS PB-2000 Pro, SVS SB-3000 and Klipsch SPL-150. For home movie theater. Can you please take me advice what model better for movie? Thanks again!
Honestly, they are all great for movies. The speakers don't care if you are watching movies or listening to music, they just rock the sounds that are sent to them. I am currently using a combo of one PB2000 pro and one SPL150 and they both are monsters in theater and music. -Jason
@@TopShelfAudio Jason, thanks for your answer! Very want PB2000 Pro, but it little expensive than SPL150. Now I fundraise money for my little home theater. I am a blogger and write about accessibility in videogames and other accessories for people with disabilities.
Hello. Thank you for the video. I have a question. My amp does not have a subwoofer out but it does have two RCA jacks for tape out. Can I use those RCA jacks to connect to this subwoofer or not? Thank you.
The tape out will likely be full range/frequency outputs as they are sending out a full mix. You can use these to send signal but, be aware that you are sending a full mix (highs and lows) to that sub and will want to tune accordingly and adjust the pass on your sub. -Jason

Actually, running them both simultaneously in the same room because I had trouble deciding between the two. You really can't go wrong either way, though. If you are looking for more of a ...feel it in your gut kinda sub, I'd say 150. If you are looking for a smoother blend, I would say 2kPro. -Jason
That's a pretty sloppy dust cap glue job. But that's not why I'm commenting; what I'm curious about is whether those front-facing ports chuff with such small flares. Maybe an added incentive to do an A/B comparison? p.s. That amp looks wimpy. Class D or not. Hope this thing is affordable LOL
Thanks for watching! So far in listenings I haven't noticed any chuffing. It seems to be a pretty well built/solid design. Using in my current setup and, if anything changes or I have any issues, I will update my comments/descriptions accordingly. As for the compare, we plan to, but it may be a ways out as we want to make sure everything is accurate when completing the tests and we will need to do this in a different space. -Jason
If it was compared to the Klipsch 12in Rd the subs will look almost the same as well the basket for sure the same and the old amp plates that are bash are also used in both older models will be the same out of both these brands.👍✌️👌💯🥂🎶
Ηι there .nice video. make a sound comparison between the two. you said in a video that it is not right to confuse the two companies. here they compare mobiles, cars, engines and much more with each other. I can't find a reason why this is bad.. klipch is litlle louder more deep and in music is better than svs. I have both of them but maybe is my room ! I dont have any recorder micro to see exactly. Have a nice year
yes please do the svs and klipsch comparisons!!!!

Thanks for watching! A beast indeed.

I like the format of unboxing , disassembly, and levity at the video’s end. You’ve unboxed the Heritage line, any chance of disassembling them?😊

@@TopShelfAudio thank you Jason. Just got pb3000 and for more than a year i used spl 150. Now trying to see if i can use them as dual.
That sub is built like the hsu vtf2 mk5 except the hsu doesnt have the extra cabinent bracing
That cabinet bracing is huge. This is actually my first time opening up this particular unit and was impressed.
