Aside from the physical body, we also have a subtle, energetic body. Within it are pathways that flow with prana or life-force energy, and these converge at powerful energy centers, known as chakras. The seven primary chakras flow from the root (base of the spine) up to the crown chakra (top of the head).
Each chakra, or nerve center, is associated with particular qualities and emotions which transpire in different ways depending on whether the prana or life energy is moving in an upward or downward direction.
Our sacral chakra is our center of creativity, playfulness and pleasure. Connected to the element of water it plays an active role in the expression of our emotional needs & desires. In this class we will activate our center of passion and with that connect with our inner creative sensual energy 🔸

That was intense! After doing sacral chakra yoga post-work, the following day, I felt heaviness in my pelvic region, accompanied by stomachache and the onset of my menstruation. It feels like this practice helped cleanse and detox my body, addressing something that was blocked in my sacral chakra🙌🏽 I'm still in the process of recovery, but I sense a noticeable shift in me since the weekend, coinciding with the Mercury pre-shadow. But i dont understand... Every time after sacral yoga or feminine energy yoga i feel very very strong anxiety, fears, something like hysteria. Why?
Only once i was able to direct my attantion deep insight lower belly after practice and became a little bit better. But DURING yoga everything is ok.
