Superb clear teaching. I've signed up to Heather's Harp Scotland Course and it is fantastic. Loads of technique videos and we learn a new tune over three months. The tune is divided up into videos for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced players so satisfies everyone and is done at a good pace for this beginner 🙃
Awesome! Thank you! This a pretty old video, I've got a much better recording set up now,, but the content here is good so I've just left all my old videos up. Nice to see the journey of them getting more professional as I go along. 🙌
Great exercise. Re, the repetition, I recommend reading 'The Talent Code'. According to the research (which makes a lot of sense to me from practical experience) the repetitions are building up a myelin layer to insulate the pathway in your brain; which is why practice (focused practice like this of course) makes it better/ easier.
Oh my goodness - so happy I've stumbled upon Heather; she's a natural-born teacher. Thank you!
