Just wanted to say that any punishment, even verbal such as using a harsh tone has a significant impact on a kids mental well-being. It is important to discipline problematic behavior in some way but it is also good to make sure the child knows you are not holding a grudge once you come to some resolution.

Although I've never experienced being phusically harmed, I've been humiliated and verbally abused by two of my teachers during my senior high school years, and it definitely left a huge scar on my self-worth and esteem. Schools should really do a background check on whether or not such teachers are morally equipped for teaching, because such inhumane acts could really leave a long-lasting impact on the child's overall well-being.

@@snickaboo6090 it's not really that bad, we have got used to it and no kid really considers committing suicide when they eat a stick to the hand a hundred times, it is happening so much in my middle school since my classmates are very "empty purposed" and very misbehaved.
